I loved everything about Cactusland - even the quaint "view" from my balcony. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There were ample appliances and crockery/cutlery plus a large clean fridge. The staff were great as was the location - everything you could want just a short walk away. Outstanding experience, affordable price, and near the airport,but never heard a plane! I'll definitely go back 10/10!
The only thing Ican think of is hot water. I like a long HOT shower or bath, but I found the water pressure and temperature a bit wanting. Honestly, everything else was beyond a fault.

All staff were friendly and helpful at all times, they even let us check in a little early which we were very appreciative of since we arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 5am. The rooms are clean and have everything you could possibly need. It’s also in a quieter part of the city put still lots of amazing restaurants and activities close by (great restaurant right downstairs). Plus a reasonable drive to the main parts of the city. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Well nothing special, but clean.
Property and room not reflecting the pictures on Booking. Roof terrasse not existing, turned into laundry/cleaning area.
Room very small and only 3 towels for 5 people.
