Breakfast was great, left lots of nice things for us to eat and tea coffee great. Lovely bathroom stuff to use and generally a great stay. Bed huge and exceptionally comfy.

I didn't like anything......
...... I loved it all!!!!
Total home from home, without a microwave (good in my eyes).
Massive comfortable bed with use of the wardrobes and drawers.
Great kitchen space with an array of coffee and tea INC. decaff which I usually have to take everywhere with me.
Ginny and Henry provide some basic necessities which is a wonderful touch including their own home made jam and marmalade (they make a product each as a little healthy competition, so cute!).
Lovely bath/wetroom with an awesome shower and Neals Yard products (used not new, but that doesn't bother me).
Marshlands is exactly what you see in the photos. The view from the living area (bedroom downstairs) is gorgeous. Greeeeeeen 💚
Everything you could want for a relaxing stay with Ginny and Henry as delightful hosts.
I cannot wait to stay there again which I most definitely will do.

This is a perfectly lovely place on two floors, with large doors leading onto a beautiful garden so that you have plenty of air and a sense of being in the countryside. The hosts are amazingly thoughtful and generous when it comes to providing breads,, yoghurts, fruit, fruit juice, and many other things. We have now stayed here, four times, I think, and I would certainly come again. At Marshlands you are but a five minutes' drive to the centre of Lewes, and but fifteen or twenty minutes' drive to Glyndebourne, if that's on your agenda.
No complaints whatever.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. A well furnished flat with comfortable beds in a quiet and peaceful location. Excellent selection of provisions for breakfast, with a large choice of teas and coffees, lovely home produced honey and marmalade!
