Situated in Four Corners, this attractive house for $770 per night is a great choice for your next break. This luxurious brand new vacation home that follows WHO and CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture,large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary. There are three master suites, one King and one double Queen on the 1st floor and one king on the 2nd floor. There are total 3 king beds (1 on the first floor and 2 on the 2nd floor). 4 queen beds (2 on first floor one bedroom and 2 on 2nd floor 2 bedrooms), 1 bunk beds with full/full and 4 twins (on the 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms). Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds! The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and stainless steel appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables. A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA. The pool faces east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available. Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for relaxing time after a full day theme park visit or shopping trip. The home offers courtesy high speed Wi-Fi and unlimited long distance calls within US and Canada. You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away from this villa. An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.

It is a beautiful home PERFECT for our group of 17. The only problem was the stove went out the day before we left and one of the bathroom sinks kept clogging. Otherwise very comforable.

This home is stunning. It easily accommodated my family of 18. Home was well maintained and was exactly what was described on the app. Minor issues with some electrical outlets that were resolved within minutes by the property manager. My only complaint would be the spotty cellphone reception.

From the moment we arrived till the time we didn't want to leave ...this home met our ever expectation and then some! Beautiful, spacious home that had more than enough room for the twenty something we had in our party and just a short walk for the little ones to the amazing clubhouse. Kris was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had making this one of the best trips and for sure the best property we've stayed at yet!! Thank you so much Kris!

House and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable and clean. However, no amenities were provided. They request garbage to be taken out daily with bags provided; they supplied one bag for a 4-day stay. They request towels be washed on last day, but no laundry soap was provided. Also not provided were hand soap, dish soap, and most importantly toilet paper. No list was provided beforehand of what we should have brought. It took two days for the pool to heat up; the spa never heated up to correct temp. (We paid extra for heat). Ceiling fan didn't work. It also took two days for refrigerators to get cold. Toilet in main master didn't work properly and management never returned our calls or came to fix it. Seemed like they are new at managing vacation properties and need some further organization to their guests.

This villa was an excellent place for our family vacation! We were a party of 21, 9 adults and 12 small children. There was plenty of room to spread out, the children had room to play, and the baby equipment for two babies really came in handy for us. It was great to have the two dining tables, so that everyone could sit down to a meal at the same time. I loved the second refrigerator in the kitchen -- we went through a lot of food with such a large group, and it saved us some extra trips to the store. The pool and hot tub were great. We also enjoyed the community pool and lazy river, in addition to the private pool in the backyard. we only had one issue, the map on the listing was not detailed enough. We spent a while on arrival driving around trying to figure out where the housing development was (we knew we were close, but had no specifics). We managed, but it was a minor inconvenient. Overall, the house and resort were great, and we would definitely rent it again if the occasion arose.
