Very attractive and functional property. Great common spaces, well appointed kitchen and lovely pool area. All just like the pictures. The security gate was problematic. Although property manager was responsive, we had several problems that required assistance and never got a working coffee maker.

Perfect house for my daughters volleyball team! 6 moms and their daughters stayed at the house. There was a master suite for each mom and the girls shared the other rooms. House was super spacious with a large kitchen/dining area. Girls loved the pool and movie theater. Backyard felt private and furniture was very nice.
A small issue with the hot tub/spa was resolved very quickly with excellent communication.
House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable.
We would love to stay there again if we make it back to Orlando!

The house was great with many bedrooms and good location to Disney parks. We had a few minor issues and the property manager was very prompted on addressing them. They gave us welcoming baskets when we arrived! I would rebook the house in future.

The house is great, comes with several kitchen items that was very helpful (extra trash bags, soaps, etc) A few bugs in the house but very typical for all Florida vacation homes we’ve rented. Kids loved the themed rooms, owner responded super quick. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay
Whole booking process was seamless. The place itself was everything that was described in the listing and even more! Absolutely gorgeous property and perfect for the 18 we had staying. Host had detailed instructions that left no quotations to be asked and was very prompt with responses as well.

Plenty of towels, toiletries in the bathrooms, and things like plenty of kitchen soap, detergent for washer/dryer, etc that are usually not included. It made the stay very comfortable and easy. Communication with the host was always timely and clear. No complaints from any of our guests. We will return next year if we don’t outgrow the house.

I can’t think of a more perfect place to host a small group of women. Every detail is considered, there’s enough space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. Exceptional Home Away From Home
My husband’s family had not been together for two+ years and decided to rent the home of the Hiatt’s for this occasion. Exactly what you see in the pictures are what you get and more. The home is decorated along the Disney theme and although we didn’t have any little girls in our group, even the adult women enjoyed the ‘princess’ themed rooms. The ensuite bathrooms with toiletries were a well-received perk and most important, the place was spotless and ready when we arrived. Having so many bedrooms on the first floor was a major plus for those who had difficulty with stairs.
Our group ranged from age 9 to 86 and everyone had a great time. From the welcome basket (with chocolate, popcorn, cookies & WINE!) to the movie room, the game room, pool, hot spa and deck, walks in the neighborhood and popcorn late at night we were kept happy and occupied. My husband and I have stayed at other rental properties, and we have been pleased with them all. What jumps out as exceptional at this property is the sheer amount of kitchen equipment/items provided along with things like unlimited coffee, foil paper, saran wrap, paper towel, Ziploc & garbage bags. We truly felt like it was our home away from home.
Our host was also quick to respond to any inquiries we had before and during our stay. It was indeed a pleasure, and we would recommend this property to anyone. As our ‘Pop Pop’ said, “this was one of the best weeks of his life” and we believe our host and this home helped make that happen.

Perfect house for a large group!
Who would think that 19 adults could stay 5 days in a house together and not get in each other's way...? This house provided us with a perfect location and space to stay at together for our Health Coach Retreat. LOVED that there were so many bathrooms so no more than 2 people had to share one. We were never on top of each other and had the best time together bonding and team planning. We will definitely come back if we ever have another retreat there.

This property was just what we have been looking for a long time. After more than 15 years of vacation homes we finally found one that represented Home Away from Home! The amenities were exceptional. Not only was this home absolutely beautiful but the hospitality from the owners was magnificent! The house very decorative and clean in every room. We enjoyed the theater and crisp clean pool. My entire family had a blast and enjoyed the home to the fullest. There were no disappointments or complaints at all. The home was everything we expected and more!

The house was well stocked with coffee, towels, and pool towels. The movie room was the best!! The proximity of the house to our neighbors was a little "too close for comfort" but we were very happy with the accommodations. Would recommend to anyone who loves Disney!
