The home is very spacious and perfect for large groups. We had 2 families with all adults. Rooms had their own bathrooms for the most part, plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of seating for everyone. We had a wonderful week at Disney only being about 25-30 drive away. Recommend! We would stay here again!

The house was large and spacious. The property is excellent for large families. The beds are not for heavy people they are low and in one of the bedrooms the bed very weak. Plenty of bath towels and face towels on property. Overall I would recommend this property. My family enjoyed it. The property manager communicates well and in a timely manor.

Very spacious house that fit all our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Saw a couple bugs (Florida Fall), but Jack came out and took care of the problem. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and patio. Seating for our group of 19 was perfect inside and out. Would recommend this house. Would rent it again. There is a resort pool, and lazy river (extra charge). But we loved our pool best.

We enjoyed the big house and all the bedrooms. The management company responded well to a couple problems. We did have an issue using the pool the day we were home because of chemicals being added. Other than that it was a great time.

The parking availability was awful. One guest had a parking pass but could not find a parking place and had to park on the street in front of the house until one was available. In the mean time a towing employee tried to tow her car but asked her to pay him $60 not to tow her car. She paid the $60. I think that is robbing people. Can something be done?

We enjoy our stay in this beautiful house. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The entertainment spaces were huge, giving us freedom to move around without being crowded. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

We did a team building event and this house was perfect. We each had our own room and bathroom and the pool area is amazing. The house was clean and easy to get to and we enjoyed all the amenities. Would most definitely come back!

Needed grab rails to get out of pool. Family member fell getting out of pool. Went to get first aid kit and the kit was empty. Called manager and a kit was delivered later that afternoon. Looked like a smoke detector was taken apart above the door when you first walked in. The pool was milky and was unable to use it the first day after chemicals were put in.

This place was super easy to organize for a group of 19 adults. The place was clean, instructions were clear every step of the way. We ubered to Epcot for one day. The pool was great. The neighborhood kind of feels like a suburban dystopia because all the houses are the same lol but it really was the perfect place for our stay! Would recommend.

We had a great stay. The property is nice and big. We had 27 people staying in the home and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We used the home as a central location for all activities planned including 2 different beaches, 2 different MLB Spring Training games, and 2 days at Disney. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

With the 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, this home had ample room for everyone to have their own space. Great kitchen area with plenty of seating for a large meal time. Having pool just steps away really made the difference. Definitely coming back.

The house and environs suited us well for our work-team retreat. The proximity to airport, entertainment, restaurants was convenient. We had a very good week together and once we figured out navigating in with 7 cars with the 5 passes we were good to go. We asked to check in one hour early and paid an additional $68 with taxes for the one hour, likely would not do that again. Otherwise, all was very nice and we had no issues to report.

They could've stocked up some salt, pepper packets etc in the kitchen. Also provide a better soap in the bathrooms. Just minor details that are missing when you rent out such a big property. Having said this, the location is fantastic and the place is quite clean and spacious.

The house had some issues when we got there, but we called Jack and he resolved them very quickly. My main concern with this home is that It needs to be thoroughly checked for issues. It is clear that the proprietors are out of state and don't ever stay there.
The oven didn't get to temp (Jack reset it, but it still never quite worked properly). Chairs had tears and ripping seams, refrigerators were missing shelves which we found broken in the closet. The bed frames are pieced together with PVC pipe. (They came and fixed the one that was broken completely off) The mattresses are very old and saggy. They can't be flipped because they are pillow top mattress. There are minimal towels (only two per room) with 6 back up above washer. For a house advertised for 20+ people, that is not enough. There are no extra pillows or blankets. It was a cold weekend and it would have been nice to have an extra few blankets. The upstairs washer needs to be cleaned. It has a constant mildew smell and the clothes smell that way after being washed. We had to continuously wash towels and the dryer took hours to dry them even with just a few going at a time. The shower doors in the bathroom were off the track and the track was bent so it couldn't be put back on. (They tried, but needs to be replaced) There were 3 different spots where the carpet wasn't layed properly and was coming away from the tack board. If you happened to step on it, you got a tack through your toe. (I fixed the ones we found and mentioned it to Jack to check the rest)
I emailed the management company, but they are in Boston and didn't forward the info to Jack. Luckily Jack came by a few times and was able to take care of some issues. I am also writing it here in hopes that the issues will be resolved for the next owners.
Great size home, great location, great resort and Jack was very helpful.
Just be prepared for a place that's a bit run down.

House has many rooms and bathrooms (11 rooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms) which was perfect for the18 of us gathered for a family reunion. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries as there were none except for small soap bars. Also bring toilet papers as there is only one provided in each bathroom. Kitchen has most of the necessary pans and cooking utensils. Just make you bring all your condiments. There are many restaurants that are a few minutes drive. It is vacation time so we usually ordered pick up as the waits are very long especially for big groups like ours. Though we didn't get the chance to use it, the clubhouse/resort has a huge pool and lazy river and looks well maintained. The neighborhood is very nice and feels safe and we had nice morning walks everyday. Owner is very nice and responsive to my inquiries. The parking space though is a bit cramped for a big house like this. The garage can fit 2 cars and another 2 in the driveway. But there are parking spots a short walk away. Just make sure you park properly and have the parking pass on the dashboard otherwise you might be towed. It is about 20 minutes drive to some parks but traffic on I-4 can make that much longer sometimes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house and would stay there again.

Our main negative comment relates to the challenging parking situation made even more difficult with different rules depending on who was in the gatehouse. We tried very hard to follow the parking rules using the five allotted parking passes but one evening had to park a car across the driveway because we could not find a legal spot in the complex. We learned the next day that 90 cars had been towed that night before they ran out of tow trucks. Unfortunate drag on an otherwise lovely stay.

The house itself was a very nice house. Some small things that didn’t seem important enough to complain about. Such as one side of the toaster doesn’t work. We just use the other side. The front burner on the stove only worked on high. And it needed some cleaning. The shower door got stuck in one of the bathrooms. The manager came and fixed it but it broke again the next day. Instead of complaining the guest in that room just used a different shower. The mattress in the master bedroom downstairs is only a couple inches thick with no boxspring. I was terrified it was going to be awful sleeping for the entire week. It wasn’t great but luckily it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. That being said I would actually rent this house again because as I said they were just minor things. The reason I did not give this five stars is because of the carpet. It is in bad need of a deep cleaning.

Had a wonderful time on this property. Lots of space for big families. My only issue was the parking permit information, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication with the security at the entrance when it came to issuing parking permits. Due to this miscommunication, one of my family members' cars was towed on the first night for not having a parking permit even though we explicitly asked for one. The security at the entrance also didn't seem to be checking the permits at the gate. Other than that, overall it was a great experience.

My family of 27 and I stayed at the house in Davenport. It has 11 bedrooms and is very nice. The area is nice. The resort is nice. I would definitely stay here again. Kenny was very good to work with. I love his communication skills. The only own size I had was that they had one face towel in the restroom with 28 people we needed at least 2 towels in every restroom. But I called and they brought us new towels within 24 hours. So that was great. I have no complaints again I will definitely rent it again.

This property has everything you need for your Florida vacation. The pool and hot tub are so nice to have out your back door. The game room kept both the kids and adults entertained. It’s about a half hour drive from Walt Disney World. Would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to our requests.
