This home does a pretty good job of accommodating a large number of people. AWESOME to have 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 laundries! For future renters, it would be nice to provide the floor plan (which I did receive upon request) but here is the more accurate info: the 1st floor (Rms #1-4) are ALL Kings (#1 is the only K suite in the house.) When standing at the top of the stairs, to your left are #5, 6 and 7. #5 is the Micky twin double, 6 a K and 7 a twin double princess SUITE. To the right is the game room with #8 & 9 twin doubles and 10 K to the right and to the left 11 & 12 both Kings that share a bathroom. The bedrooms are quite tight except for the 2 suites. We had to lock the front door from the inside and exit through the garage door as the lock wasn’t working properly. We were told there was space to park 5 vehicles, but only room for 4 so we had to park one vehicle a distance away. We were there Christmas wk so it was extremely crowded w/ lots of cars parked on both sides of the very narrow streets. Limited trash pick up and no recycling. Limited cooking amenities required us to ‘road trip’ from MN so we would bring roasters and crock pots to cook for 21 guests. I would prefer a little extra fee for paper supplies & soap rather than having to go out and purchase for 12 bathrooms. The clubhouse was quite a distance from our house and no parking space. External speakers for the main TV would be a nice addition.

We had 14 adults and 12 children ranging in age from 2-17. The house was the perfect size and the amenities made for a great vacation. The owner was very responsive to any questions or information we needed to share. We had a wonderful time!

We arrived to the home rooms online stated 7 King Rooms and 5 Doubles. It was 8 King Rooms and 4 Doubles, which made it very hard to accommodate one of the Doubles Room guest we had to make a rearrangement. We paid for the pool to be heated and that didn’t workout either we just made the bedt of it. This house needs a update in the furniture it is very dated. The host Kenny was nice and refunded me back for the heated pool charge.

The owner responded well with questions and concerns. I was a bit taken aback when calling the mananger's number during business hours. It alseemed as though he was asleep and he didn't identify himself at all. After reporting some of the issues with the property, he was quick on other concerns and texts. The bed linen was dirty and the remote for 2 of the rooms upstairs were filthy beyond touching. The ice machine shoots out ice when opening the door. There were scratches and marks throughout the property on furniture, walls, stair rails, and walls. One of the rooms downstairs drain was stopped up in the bedrooms. Mike, the proposed was quick on repsonding to the issues he could fix and brought new bedspreads, after suggesting I could wash them in the washer and dryer. Uhhhh nope, not on my vacation and with the amount of money spent to occupy the property. However, The property is very accomodating for a large group of people. The checkin process was smooth and the attendants had huge smiles and were very nice. If looking to reserve this property, please carefully inpsect it with pictures and videos and bring it to the attention of the owner, he will make sure other issues to the management team gets addressed. The beds slept very well and the rooms have great space.

Had an issue getting getting inside with the property owner which could ha e been avoided. The oven doesnt get hot uless at 400 degrees. No working Iron. Had to buy one. No broom or mop. Litlle things needs to be repair like light fixtures, toilet rocks, bath mats, door knob(kids got locked inside), and some unwanted roaches upstairs. I understand this is a rental but the amount we paid to live there for 8 days these things should be taken care of on a normal basis.

We booked a cousins trip. It was 27 of 17 Adults and 10 kids. When we arrived in the house . It had an odor of an Old mop being used to clean the floors. We went to inspect the house . We came across a locked door (7). We immediately called . The young lady came to try to unlock the day. She Kept insisting that we locked the door. No ma’am you locked the door. Check in was at 4. We arrived at the house at 4:15. We called :430. She called someone on the phone said we were lying . Not know someone in my group speak/understand Spanish. Could get in touch with the people to order the $40 grill. So we ended up ordering $85 gas grill. Which we wasn’t fond of. Wanted the charcoal flavor. My husband really the grill master. Loved the gas grill . It was brand new. But overall. Loved the house. Kids enjoyed the pool. There were plenty plenty of Space. Just need a few upgrades We recommend.. thanks for responding so quickly to our concerns. Thank you for your Hospitality

We had a great stay at this house. There was plenty of room for 20+ people. It was great to have so many bedrooms. The management company was very good to come solve a few little problems. The kitchen is not very well stocked, so we had to be a bit creative and take a couple extra trips to the store.

My stay was great besides a few Issues with mgmt and false accusations. I rented a grill through them that was $100 for rental and upon being delivered the grill did not work. I contacted mgmt regarding this issue online as online was my only option for communication with the property host.
I had to go out purchase 2 portable grills that I left behind after my stay and was told that I will be charged $50 because they needed to hire someone to remove the grills that I left behind my second issue was being charged $65 for a locked room door to be accessible. They also charged me $150 for blue paint spots in the drive way as to I never had paint nor fireworks or any to this sort . I was charged $50 for a blue spot on a bedding blanket which I did not so. This place is robbery. Thy also told me I needed to pay an additional $500 for extra guest which the home sleeps 30 and I had 22 guest which they were informed of prior to renting their home. The said I broke the pool pole gate and charged. Also the home was very hot. Temp set to 72 and there is a note over the thermostat not to alter the temperature.
Be aware to check all rooms, bedding and etc upon arrival and departure of this home.

It was even better than described in the listing. Very spacious and entailed everything we could have imagined for our stay. We felt incredibly welcome and it was great for family to take a load off and make memories.

12 Senior Golfers stayed at this house. It worked perfect! We made coffee and breakfast as well as a few meals. Everyone appreciated having their own bathroom and bed. Seven King beds is very nice, and the smaller rooms were actually full size beds vs. twins which accommodated our group very well.

We gathered for a surprise celebration of my father's 90th birthday with 20 adults and 2 children. The pool and hot tub were great! Parking was easy for multiple vehicles, as we were able to put two cars in the garage and two in the driveway. We only needed 2 street parking passes. The property can use some attention/improvement, and additions to the kitchen supplies. Trash is picked up every morning, which was a big help. Plenty of room for our group. Kenny, the property manager is very responsive.

Our stay was fabulous! Host was great to work with, pool/spa was heated and amazing. Room sizes were generous. Only negative was the sofa had one seat that seemed to be broken as you sank when you sat down. Otherwise it was perfect!!

We had 16 people & 2 kids and there was plenty of room. The pool & jacuzzi in the backyard was so much fun & the community one is awesome too! Definitely would recommend this house. The owner is really great & gets back to your questions very quickly.

Love this Property. Great amt of bedrooms with ensuites. Family of 20+. Had plenty of room to share together but still have private time. Two refrigerators really nice & lots of cookware, even had a Keurig available . It was unusually cold during this time and we did have a challenge with getting Hot water for showers. It has the tankless system and I think this was affected by the cold. Reported it & the property manager responded promptly but found nothing wrong. We started running for a while(was cold) Turn off. Then waiting about 10 min & trying again & we got hot water then. May want to try this if you have that problem. Only got to use pool one day even with heat due to so cold but the Hot tub was wonderful!! Wifi worked well and good thing because phone service, especially data was weak in this area.. On1st day checki-in into resort, traffic was challenging , but after that with pass we got in and out smoothly. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely choose this property again. Kenny was very nice during the entire process.

This property was perfect for us! We had 4 generations, 8 adults and 7 children. Plenty of room, had leftover bedrooms 😀. Pool was a hit, and having 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers made clean up easy. We would definitely stay here again. Kenny always answered quickly as well as the property manager.

We had a family get together coming from 6 states and it was great. Thank goodness for a heated pool. The weather was chilly so didn't get to check out the neighborhood amenities much. We had plenty of rooms and space in the house to spread out. The house provided both a drip coffee pot and keurig which was greatly appreciated.

It was our second year staying in this area but absolutely loved this property! It was spacious enough for my family to enjoy time together and time to ourselves if desired. I loved the community as a whole.

This was one of the best times we've had as a Family. Unusual the houses we get is either down the street or the next street over but these houses were across the street from one another. Which made our stay that much better. We're thinking about returning next November.

This house was amazing. I hosted my first ladies retreat. The house was just what I needed. The number of bedrooms with bathrooms. The extra large living areas. The double appliances in the kitchen. Everything was perfect!

The home had a lot of space. 4 bedrooms on 1st floor, 7 bedrooms on the second floor. All bedrooms had plenty of room, firm beds,storage space. Gameroom/ gathering space upstairs. Downstairs and upstairs laundry rooms. The kitchen was equipped well, we did have issues with some of things not working right/missing. But pots, skillets, casserole dishes, 1 lg. and 1sm. Crockpots, 2 coffee makers that worked fine. Plenty of dishes,silverware, glasswear. Patio had plenty of seating, a table, child protective screen separated patio from pool area. Home also has crib,highchair, strollers,pack n play. The reason for the 3 stars on location is there was poor planning when this resort was built evidently. This is a large house yet only 2 or three cars can park here. Garage is small, driveway is short and narrow. If you have small cars you can fit 3, if you have trucks it's different. A dodge charger took up the garage, we did fit 2 trucks in the driveway (they couldn't fit in the garage) with only about 12/15 inches between them. And even though you can have up to 5 vehicles, the only place you could park on the side of the street was where they had white parallel parking lines. We had none of these close to this house, we had to park 1or 2 blocks from the house. Overall we had a great time, we would stay here again. The host was quick to answer any messages that we sent.

The house was great! The pool was wonderful. The community water park was delightful. Many bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, and plenty of dinnerware for our big group. Not particularly a luxury place (5 stars), but definitely more than sufficient for our needs. 4 ½ stars if I could.

The house was large and very nice. Perfect for my big group. It was nice and clean. I have two small complaints. One being that we are from the Midwest where it is very cold right now. The owner said to leave the thermostat on 72 which was fine for the common areas, but we are not acclimated to the warmer weather and it could feel very warm and muggy. The some of the bedrooms were like saunas at night. I personally slept without covers on. It was not horrible but the a/c wasn’t the best situation. Also not enough towels. We had two per bathroom which is fine especially with a couple washer and dryers but it would be nice if they provided some extra for the pool. We flew in and couldn’t pack a bunch of beach towels for the kids to swim. Again doable but would’ve been nice to have extra as we were constantly washing and drying towels. All in all the place worked great just a couple suggestions to make it even better. I would definitely stay there again.

Great, big house with all the essentials. Bedding, beds (a little creaky) and carpets need updating but otherwise this was a great reunion home. Pool and hot tub were clean and the property manager was very responsive.

Let me start by saying we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was friendly and quick to answer any concerns we had. The house gave us all the space we needed for 20plp. It was stocked with every pot and pan one would need. Also enough dishes, eventhough we purchased paper products. There were also 2 of all appliances. The only thing I would say that needs to be changed/cleaned is the carpet. I believe at some point in time there had to be a dog there. I say that bc when we entered it smelled like a dog. I had a candle with me which came in handy and kind of took the smell away. The smell is only in the front hallway and in the 1st bedroom. There is no order anywhere else in the home. I would also suggest the housekeeping people to do a better job of cleaning around the ceiling because there were spider webs. Would I stay at this house again.....yes I would. However, it would have to be after the carpet in the 1st bedroom has been deep cleaned and the dog smell is gone.
