The Space This charming coastal cottage loft is located in a quiet pocket neighborhood on the doorstep of downtown Ocean Springs: 2 blocks from bustling Washington Street with an array of diverse restaurant & entertainment options & 4 blocks from Front Beach. The Neighborhood An easy tree-lined walk takes you to the Walter Anderson Museum of Art and the Mary C. O'Keefe Cultural Center. On the way you will pass many unique shops and restaurants. (Don't miss Tato Nut Donut Shop - a local staple!) Also the sand and surf of front beach where you can swim, stroll, or lay back watching fishing boats aimlessly come and go at the harbor is a perfect way to relax and enjoy the ambiance the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. Our upstairs B&B Studio Loft features every thing you may need for a pleasant stay including a private entrance and courtyard, two twin beds, bathroom, and sitting area with comfy furniture and tv. The mini bar includes a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker for your convenience. Why not start your day with a dip in the pool? Just a little lagniappe we share! And we also offer a continental breakfast daily including juice and assorted fresh pastries. Guest Access Private entrance to loft. Gardens are available to enjoy as well as the pool area. (pool is open based on season) Interaction with Guests Continental Breakfast will be provided on a daily basis. Getting Around We are located within historic downtown Ocean Springs and are within walking distance to amenities in the area.

The place was great and very accurate to the description! It was perfect for my wife, me, and our dog! The location was perfect within walking distance to downtown and to the beach! We would stay here again!

Very welcoming and thoughtful host. The room was prepared well with nice treats for nighttime and morning snacks. The beds were very comfortable providing a good night's rest. Proximity to downtown just right being a short 5 minute walk yet far away enough for peace and quiet. The train rolls frequently throughout the day and night but was no bother.

The place was better than the pictures and description. We especially liked the pool setup wit a privacy fence. Great location and fantastic hosts. They welcomed our dog and were always looking for a chance to interact with him. Frank and Cindy were very friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Looking to stay there again next year.

Unlike VRBO most recent commercial, the host is living in the property. The room is an upstairs studio in his house with a private entrance. There is train noise during the night . The hot water isn’t that hot in the shower . Short stay was good and owners are pleasant.

Everything was great; nice accommodations, perfect location, walking distance to everything. Barbara was a thoughtful and wonderful host! The breakfast tray was such a nice touch and she included treats for my dog! Would definitely stay there again.

The Pineapple cottage was small, but mighty! Beautiful yard with garden and stone pathways and landscaping, great location, easy walk to beautiful Downtown Ocean Springs. Handwritten notes and breakfast from Ms. Barbara were a lovely touch!

Clean & inviting!
Great little place to stay for visit to the gulf coast. Barbara was so welcoming and friendly - her handwritten notes were such a nice touch. Also met Frank who was very pleasant to visit with. Barbara left a breakfast tray outside the door each morning which provided the fuel we needed to get going for the day. Access to the pool on the property and free parking (on site) were pluses. Of note is that there are train tracks near by with trains running through day and night - not bothersome to us, but good to know if you're a light sleeper. Would consider staying here again if I returned to the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Pineapple Palms!!! It was everything we could have ask for and more. Excellent location & grounds were beautiful. Barbara and her family were very sweet & accommodating! We will certainly be back!!!
