Designed with efficiency in mind, the ‘S’more’ cottage offers much more than a typical one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath vacation home, boasting high ceilings and thoughtful attention to detail. Located just across the street from the sand and sea, this cottage serves as the guesthouse to the main ‘Never Enough’ - but stands out with its own unique charm on the eastern side of Seaside!
The two-story layout begins with a ground-level living and dining area, perfectly sized for a small group of guests seeking a cozy beach retreat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample storage, a stovetop, a compact dishwasher, and a compact refrigerator with a wine rack. This floor also includes a half-bath, a washer and dryer, and a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa. The clever use of space is enhanced by soaring ceilings, creating an open and airy feel that leads up to the second floor.
Upstairs, the spacious bedroom accommodates a king-sized bed and features a full bath with a shower and a separate vanity. Surrounded by windows, the bedroom also opens to a private balcony, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the cottage offers the convenience of an outdoor shower and the option to rent the adjacent three-bedroom ‘Never Enough’ cottage for extra space during your stay. The place is perfect to be so close the ocean without a beach front house. It is also very close to the main events, food and shopping at Seaside. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this tiny house. The house is listed as sleeping for 3, I would only consider 2. As another review stated it is very hard to open the suitcase in the bedroom. The house was very clean and enough supplies for the two of us for the whole week. It is also very quiet around the area easy to sleep. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

The cottage was beautifully maintained. When we first arrived, it took a minute to find since we didn't realize it was behind the main house. There are few codes that you are given with instructions--it just took a quick rereading of those instructions to figure out which code was for the cottage. The house was equipped with everything we needed and is just a quick walk across the street to the beach and downtown seaside. Everything was very clean and enough linens and toiletries were provided for the extent of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well while we were there. The Homeowner's Collection was responsive and had someone drop by to welcome us. This is a great little place a couple to stay!
