About this apartment rental
This gorgeous suite is on the corner of 99 ave at the top of 105 street walking distance to the legislature grounds and farmers market in the summer months, ( Starts after May long week end). The building has a private gym for our clients and a bakery cafe which is used by the surrounding neighborhood, many locals frequent this location because of its beautiful outlook down the hill and across from a heritage park.

My colleague and I had a late flight, and Ilynn and her friend went truly above and beyond to accommodate us. They were incredibly welcoming and flexible, they even offered to pick us up directly from the airport. That kind of hospitality made all the difference after a long travel day!

Very accessible location in downtown Edmonton, good view from the 13th floor, clean modern interior design, full kitchen, super secure. The host responded well and cheerfullyto questions. Underground parking very tight.

My husband and I stayed here with some friends for the World Juniors Hockey tournament. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Rogers arena, approximately 15 mins. Lots of restaurants near by. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.
