Escape to this charming cottage nestled along the shores of Beaver Lake in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas. With easy water access, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area features a soaring vaulted ceiling that creates a bright, spacious atmosphere. Step outside to enjoy the deck, offering plenty of space for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or taking in the peaceful lake surroundings.
The main level includes two comfortable bedrooms, two half baths with adjoining walk-in showers, and a living area with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Downstairs, you'll find a third bedroom, a cozy TV room with a twin daybed and twin trundle, a full bath, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Swimming, boating, fishing, and other lake adventures are literally at your doorstep, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the clear waters of Beaver Lake.
Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $65. No cats allowed
Guests also have access to the Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center ( last 6 photos in home photos), which features a lakefront community swimming pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (daily fee applies $5). Additional amenities include a playground, pickleball court, basketball court, picnic areas with grills, and spectacular lakefront views. Lost Bridge Village spans several scenic areas around Beaver Lake, including Whitney Mountain, the highest point overlooking the lake.
Please note that fireworks and hunting are not permitted within the community.
Surrounded by woods, wildlife, and natural beauty, the neighborhood offers a peaceful setting enjoyed by both full-time and seasonal residents. We ask guests to respect community covenants and neighboring properties during their stay.
The cottage is just minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina and several convenient boat launches, including Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Black Oak Drive, and Ventris Boat Launch. Lost Bridge North Park also offers walking trails and opportunities to explore the area's beautiful shoreline.
Conveniently located between Rogers and Eureka Springs, both approximately 30 minutes away, you'll enjoy easy access to excellent restaurants, unique shopping, entertainment, and local attractions.

Such a beautiful place! Our kids and dogs really enjoyed it. The walk is short to the water. The beds were super comfortable. The wrap around deck was lovely! I want to come again in the fall.

We had a wonderful stay here! Such a comfy little home in a lovely area. We regularly saw deer, and our dogs loved it!

Check-in easy once we got down the steep stairs. Not friendly for seniors. The house is well used and could use a deep cleaning and painting. The kitchen has adequate supplies but missing baking sheets. The ac worked well.
