About this apartment rental
Enjoy the beautifully renovated and spacious apartment - Casa Brunello di Montalcino -in the 17th century building with some nice original pieces, combining the traditional Tuscan countryside look with modern high-quality furniture and design. From the 30 square meter roof terrace you can soak in one of the best views of the town and the spectacular Crete Senesi as well as the UNESCO-protected Val d'Orcia. The 200 square meter apartment over two floors has three large bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, two large bathrooms, and comes with a fully-equipped designer kitchen. There are smart TVs in all bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace, a large TV, and comfortable recliner sofas. The apartment is equipped with an advanced system for year-round humidity and temperature control and uses a floor-based system for heating and cooling. There are no ugly or noisy air conditioning units or radiators to be seen inside the apartment!

The property is in a great location and has amazing views from the rooftop balcony. It has full amenities, is very spacious and extremely clean. Montalcino is a great centrally located city to be able to explore much of the Tuscany area. Lars (owner) is an excellent communicator with great recommendations to explore the area. In addition, Mauro is the local manager who was so helpful and responsive when we needed anything. This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and would love to come back again.

Do yourself a favor and rent this apartment.This is the ideal home base to explore Montalcino and the region. Located in a perfect spot, just off the main street in Montalcino, it provides convenient walking access to pretty much anywhere in the town.From the good-sized deck, there are amazing, expansive views of the historic Val d'Orcia and surrounding towns. The other living spaces are large and comfortable. There is a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities.Lars is a great host, highly communicative, he provides a nice set of documentation on the town, the area and the wine culture around Montalcino. Mauro is an expert property manager and is helpful and communicative. Check-in/check-out was very smooth.I can't say enough good things about this place. It really was perfetto for us and I would go back in a second.

Wonderful apartment, great location, fully stocked kitchen, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the wonderful people in the community (Hi Mauro!). Highly recommend.
