Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.
Our second guest suite bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed and a huge private bathroom offering a full size soaking tub and shower combination with quartz decking around the tub.
All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen smart televisions.

Exceptional home located on seven-mile beach at Laguna Del Mar...the back door is literally steps to the ocean. The condo is exactly as described. We were welcomed by the owner John upon our arrival. Our flight arrived early and he was kind to allow us to store our luggage while the cleaning crew finished their work and we went to the market. The condo was perfectly clean and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. No detail left undone. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. We made breakfast every day and dinner several nights. John has thought of everything! The beach view and sunsets did not disappoint! We enjoyed the stand-up paddle board that John made available to us. The garage is full of fun "toys". The lounge chairs and umbrellas were reset and ready for us every morning by 7:30am. Super comfy beds. We had no problem finding a place to park our rental car. We enjoyed the turtles in the pond! Pick up some cat food kibble for them when you go to the market! We also enjoyed the clean pool and spa in the evenings after diving. John is a great communicator and, in his words, "there is no such thing as after hours on my end." We loved our stay and would not hesitate to return! Thank you John and Amber for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, tastefully decorated condo. The large white kitchen and oversized island quickly became the gathering place for our family, allowing everyone to stay connected whether cooking, dining, or relaxing. The open-concept layout felt spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone.The welcome rum cake was a thoughtful touch and the perfect start to our vacation—we enjoyed it as soon as we arrived!The condo was exceptionally well stocked. The kitchen included everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to spices, salt and pepper, and even Ziploc bags. We also appreciated the ample supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, and trash bags, which meant we didn’t need to purchase any extras.Another thoughtful convenience was the availability of sunscreen, bug spray, aloe, and after-sun lotion to help guests get settled right away.The service was outstanding. When we let the host know that two of the four paddleboards were unusable, replacements were delivered early the next morning. We were extremely impressed by the quick response and attention to guest satisfaction.The condo also offered a nice selection of books, games, and puzzles.The thoughtful amenities, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality made this one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic stay. This was our second time staying here, and we would do it again. Great location near Georgetown restaurants and shopping, and we were able to walk for miles along the beach.

We had an amazing time! Steps from the beach, condo has everything you need for inside and on the beach. Close to restaurants too. John was very responsive. We will be back, Grand Cayman was great and this spot made the trip so enjoyable!
