This gorgeous lake front home is located at the north end of Osoyoos Lake. The quiet area of the lake is a family friendly paradise for water sports and swimming! Of course, we are only minute’s away from Burrowing Owl and Black Hills Winery Estates if you like wine tasting! If you are looking for excitement, then consider how close we are to the new Area 27 luxury race track located in Oliver with 227 acres for motorsport enthusiasts! Area 27 Karting Centre has a world class facility guaranteed to get the adrenaline flowing. In the summer, the local fruit stands and farmer's markets provide an opportunity to discover a wide variety of products including cherries, plums, peaches, apricots and nectarines. In the winter we are just 40 minutes from Mount Baldy Ski Area, and 1 ½ hours from Big White Ski Resort for all those riders that love powder snow! Oh, and we have a wood burning fire place to keep it nice and cozy. Our two-level 2400 sq. ft. home is spacious enough to accommodate two families with room to spare. The spacious lay out gives water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and three of its four bedrooms. With beautiful views of the mountains and lake, you can walk out onto an upper deck and lower patio to catch the rays of sun, or enjoy the stars at night. A few steps down from the property takes you along a meandering path towards the dock, or to the 500 foot white sand beach, where you can enjoy an evening beach bonfire, play volleyball, or just watch the kids play in the sand. A clubhouse is shared amongst residents and visitors to this gated community, and includes 2 seasonal outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness centre and shared common room. Upper Level: Great room, kitchen, dining area, deck, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room. Details: - Huge master suite with 1 King bed, private 4 piece en suite, with spacious glass shower, separate bathtub, and double vanity. Lake view and TV in room. A view of the lake will brighten any morning. - Kids room with 1 single/double bunk bed and 1 single bed – sleeps 4 Open concept great room with unobstructed views of the lake, double french doors leading out to a large partial covered deck. Details: - The open concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and allows for meal time prep conversations with family in the great room or dining area. Enjoy indoor meals with friends and family at the large table that seats 8 comfortably, or 4 can sit at the kitchen’s granite island - Partial covered deck with BBQ and patio set that seats 6 if you need shade. Lower Level: Entertainment area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Details: - Guest bedroom with 1 King bed plenty of windows to enjoy the view of the lake. Pull out twin couch and TV - Guest room with 1 Queen bed with view of the lake. - 3 piece bath room - Entertainment Area includes: 1. Pool table 2. Games area table for 4 with board games, cards, etc… 3. Large TV, with comfy seating for at least 6 people, Telus Optic TV 4. Double sized pull out couch for extra guests and pocket door for privacy 5. Double french doors lead you to the ground level covered patio with Adirondack style chairs for 5 with unobstructed views of the lake and a hammock for afternoon naps in the shade. The internet connection is a fibre optic service dedicated to the property (wireless). Max occupants 12. Linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. No hidden fees. Great location and amenities. The owners were very accommodating and answered any of my questions quickly. The only issues we had was that the unit is starting to show its age (water marks in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen cupboards banged up) and the cleanliness could have been better. Other than that we had an amazing time.

We had a great time! I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible time we had at your beautiful lakefront home. Our stay was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better place for our growing family to enjoy. The location was perfect, the house had everything we needed in the kitchen, covered deck spaces, bedding was so lovely, and the presence of air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable during the warmer days.
The spacious layout of your home provided us with the ideal setting to enjoy meaningful conversations and share memorable meals together. We also were delighted and surprised with the water toys for the kids at the beach. The kayaks and tubes gave us hours of pleasure. Sad that the main pool cover was damaged the night we arrived and closed for repairs for the week, but no big deal.
Once again, thank you, we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to create cherished memories at your place.

Loved this house with everything you would ever need. Next time perhaps we will rent the other unit without the pool table and a larger deck, since we had little ones this time, but it was wonderful, and also appreciate the 5 day stay .

Loved this community. Safe for kids, clean and well kept, great recreation area, really nice beach area, safe slips for boats where you don’t have to worry about wind storms. Easy boat ride to town and not too far by car. Close to vineyards. Lots to offer.

Clean, decorated with comfort and style in mind. Full sun upper patio and shaded lower! Access to beach is 150m, the whole development is pristine and clean!
The house is stocked so well with all appliances and things you would need, just show up with your bathing suit!

The property was brilliant for multiple families, we stayed there with 2 families but could easily accommodate 3. The house was well stocked, had lovely views and was just perfect for hanging out in an evening. Very short walk to play park and swimming pool. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and comfortable. Nice to have decks both up and down. The hot-tub is at the club-house, which is about a 5 minute walk - all well maintained. House itself could use a few upgrades, notably a better dishwasher and coffee maker. Dishes were problematical and some of the plates/ cups were stained or dirty. That said, it was very well equipped and entirely adequate.

Enjoyed a wonderful week at this cottage with another couple. Lots of room for everyone. Peaceful mornings sipping our coffees on the upper porch . Days spent hiking, biking, wine tasting, swimming and dinners out. Very convenient location to stay while exploring the Okanagan Valley.
Lots to do and we look forward to coming back next year.

Our group of 7 adults and 5 kids fit comfortably. Steps from the lake which was great with the kids. The kids loved the pool table, backyard hammock and stock of board games. Plenty of water toys to use at the lake. Owners friendly and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at the Osoyoos Cottages three years in a row and just love it there. The location is central to everything: wineries, golf and the towns. This particular unit has one of the best locations within the development. Lakefront views and steps to the beach.

Very comfortable home with a lovely view. Short walk to the beach and pool. Having the use of garage to store blowup floaties for the lake was ideal. 2nd fridge in garage was great for beverages. Kayak use was a nice option for adults. Kids enjoyed the scooters. Wine tastings a short drive up the road. Home owners Mark & Tania were quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival.

Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space. We were very relieved that the air conditioning worked well as it was extremely hot for our entire week! Appreciated the wagon, folding chairs.
Some complaints about downstairs shower not draining well and beds squeaky and poor support. Lovely master suite.

Mark's place is lovely Right on the lake with lovely views and a short walk to the beach and the pool. It is perfect for a family get away and Mark is generous and helpful. It is beautifully equipped and the lay out is great for sharing with another family. Great little wineries near by - loved Stoneboat and loved the Niqmip Desert Cultural Centre. I would highly recommend it for a family stay

This is our goto spot for Osoyoos. It’s one of the nicest homes in the entire development and priced better than non-waterfront units.

The cottage was well suited to our family with space for everyone. We loved the proximity to the marina, gorgeous lakefront view of the lake, and the cottage was well equipped with lots of kitchen supplies. Mark was polite and quick to respond to questions. Our only complaint was that it could have been a bit cleaner - the living room and master bedroom rugs were quite soiled, and there were greasy handprints, most noticeably on the master bedroom door. However, we had a wonderful stay!

If you think the pictures are good, then the real thing is even better! A beautiful home with a stunning view of the lake from the living room and deck. A great location in the complex too being a very short walk to the beach and pool. We loved swimming in the lake though since it was refreshing on the super hot days we encountered. The house was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. You can tell that the owners love their home. We stayed in the master upstairs and our guests were in the other bedrooms. A gorgeous community, really quiet and a short drive to amazing wineries…Burrowing Owl was only a 5 minute drive away, along with a spectacular new winery called Phantom Creek. The house is located between downtown Osoyoos and Oliver, so really central to everything. The landscaping in the community is just beautiful, it reminded me of Arizona. We would love to stay in this home again and Mark was very responsive to our inquiries and the booking process was super easy. Overall our experience was a 10/10 and we can’t wait until we can go back there again. I would highly recommend booking this lovely home. You will have the time of your life!!
