Situated in Superstition Springs, this charming condo for $139 per night is a great option for your next trip. The Superstition Lakes resort is a private gated complex in an area that has everything you’ll want nearby. Our home is a 1300 sq. ft. beautifully finished second floor condo on the ninth hole of the Superstition Springs golf course. We have a very private balcony where you can enjoy coffees in the morning watching the golfers and wildlife or, enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and a backdrop of spectacular sunsets. There are two master bedroom suites both with king sized beds, walk-in closets and well equipped private bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a 50 inch LED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line Samsung appliances, Kitchen Aid pots and pans and everything you’ll need to cook breakfast, lunch or dinners. We have a dinette table set with 4 chairs as well as a dining room table that seats 6 if you decide to make your meals a bit more formal. We have furnished and decorated our condo in hopes that our guests will feel well taken care of. We have provided the premium cable package with Netflix and unlimited long distance calling within North America. The complex has wonderful walking paths along the lakes with beautiful flowers, shrubs and palm trees. There are also many restaurants, stores and shops within easy walking distance of the resort. If you enjoy movies, there is a 25 screen theatre a short distance away and for shoppers, the Superstition Springs Mall is a only a 5 minute drive or a short 15 to 20 minute walk if you want the excersize. The complex has a hot tub and heated swimming pool for your enjoyment within a few steps of our condo. So whether you’re a golfer, a shopper, a baseball fan or you just want to get away from the cold, come on down to sunny Arizona where the people are friendly and the weather is always sunny. Enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and in a good location. The garage was nice to have. Any issues we had were quickly taken care of by the local manager. We did not like the proximity to the water treatment plant. There was many days where the stink was very noticeable. There is lots of traffic noise as well. Over all it was a good place to stay

Condo is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a garage. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the private patio. Overall, it was very nice and we had a great stay!

There were a couple of repairs that had to be made at the beginning of the month. Once completed, the month went well. Highly recommend this place. Very good landlords and very quick to respond.

The condo was perfect for our recent trip to the Mesa area. The location was perfect and everything we needed was nearby. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and very homey. We would definitely consider renting again when we head back to Arizona. It was an amazing trip.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely condo in January! The setting is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the lakes every day. It’s a great central location, quiet gated community w/ pool, close to lots of restaurants and shops, churches and several of our friends. The owners were very responsive if we needed anything including replacing the dishwasher when it quit working. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bedding and towels, and is exactly as it appears in the photos. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends! It lived up to it's listing. Great location, condo and pool area. We had a little difficult figuring out how to get into the condo with the code on the door so maybe need to ask Bill/Michelle how it works before you arrive. Bill/Michelle were fast to respond to our questions during our stay. I would stay here again. It made for a very relaxing vacation.

Very nice and clean condo in beautiful development with walking trail. Location is terrific, just 1/4 mile to major highway, several restaurants within walking distance, YMCA couple miles, supermarkets, Malls, etc. We would recommend this property and would gladly stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time spent at this lovely Superstition Lakes condo. We were very comfortable there. The kitchen was stocked well. Enjoyed how close it was to so many good restaurants and also to plenty of good shopping! Nice how close it was to the expressway. The owners responded quickly to the few questions that we had. We would stay there again!

My husband and I just returned from a family reunion in Mesa, AZ, where we stayed at Bill and Michelle's beautiful condo for a week. Finding it was easy with the good directions provided. There is plenty of shopping and eating opportunities nearby. The garage was a little tight as others have mentioned, but I was thankful to have parking inside rather than out in the !00+ degree weather we had during our stay. The condo is a second-story unit with stairs just inside the door. Upstairs, you find a very beautifully decorated living space with plenty of seating both for eating and for relaxing, watching TV, etc. Bedrooms are located on each end of the unit with comfortable king-sized beds and a bathroom for each bedroom. Furnishings are very nice, appliances all function well, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, tableware, etc. Washer and dryer provided -- top of the line -- largest capacity washer tub that I've ever seen! Cleaning supplies provided. Bill and Michelle haven't missed a thing and were very easy to work with. We were not outside much -- did not go to the outdoor pool or even relax on the patio but can imagine doing that during the cooler months. We were never bothered by noise -- either from people or traffic. It was just a wonderful sanctuary to relax after the day's reunion activities.

We stayed at this condo for the month of February 2018 and it was exactly as shown in pictures with the exception of the golf course view. The golf course is under going renovations and the water feature has been removed so it is now just a big dirt area that will be used as a bunker/ waste area on the course. Sometime in the future some grass and plants will be planted. The condo association and golf course are totally separate operations this particular unit just happens to overlook the 9th hole so the view/ renovations are not something the owners of this condo control. The condo has a very nice lay out with two separate master suites. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Large washer and dryer was a bonus too! As indicated in other reviews the garage is small and takes some maneuvering to get in but it can be done.While we were there the building and entire complex was very quiet. Because of the close proximity to the 60 you do hear traffic noise and there are a lot of lights at night because of the car dealerships across the way. None of this impacted our ability to enjoy the condo. Pool and hot tub are just a short walk away. And any number of restaurants and shops are all within walking distance including a Fry’s grocery store. The only sonewhat negative thing to say was that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. A couple of nice cozy recliners and a soft couch would be great. And switching out one of the tables with a regular height table would also be a nice change. High top tables are tough on short people legs! Communication with Bill was very easy and Debbie the property manager was awesome! All in all we enjoyed our month in Mesa.

We rented Bill and Michelle's condo from 31 Dec to 31 Jan 2018. Very nice unit with excellent decor, two very large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, also with the bonus of having a balcony overlooking the 9th fairway of the Golf Course. Great location within walking distance to Superstition Springs Mall; numerous quality eating facilities, Enterprise car rental, etc. Definitely a great place to stay while in the Mesa area. This Condo is definitely a place you should consider when visiting the Mesa area, however, you need to reserve early as this unit books several weeks/months in advance. The Davidsons

It met our expectations and suited our needs very well. It has everything you need and our stay was very comfortable. It was fairly quiet for the most part, except for day time noise from 7:30am till 5.00pm from the reverse beeper on the construction equipment working on the golf course just behind the unit. This is an excellent unit and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would rent it again.
