This was an exceptional rental. I would definitely stay here again. The only detail to be aware of is that this is an upstairs unit so you have to climb stairs. We loved working with the host and loved the unit.

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday here and it was a great experience! The condo met our family needs well and was also in a superb location for food, shopping, walking, and within 15-20 minutes to hiking/biking trails. The condo community was clean, friendly, and quiet. We will be back!

After being scammed on our first VRBO rental for this trip, we were thrilled to find this property. Hosts Steph and David were very helpful and responsive in so many ways. We highly recommend booking it and will be back ourselves. Convenient to so many points of interest in the area including restaurants, golf, and shopping.

This VRBO property was just what we needed. Very clean and it had all of the amenities that we wanted. Close to all things that we wanted to do. We were also allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this to other travelers and I will definitely return!

Great location, close to great restaurants and shopping. We loved the walking trails, baby goslings and the heron. Pool was crowded most days, but very nice. The condo had everything we need and we had no issues. Thanks for such a comfortable and welcoming stay! Hope to be back!

Enjoyed our stay very much . Our hosts covered everything that was necessary to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Only con was that the location was a little noisy being close to the gate and main highway , but we got sort of used to it after a week.

Look no further for a place to stay in the Phoenix area. This condo is not only beautiful and well appointed but the hosts are wonderful people! They will be there for you in anything you may need and helped us out with a travel emergency! We had a dream vacation largely due to this beautiful condo and Stephanie and David’s hospitality and spirit of helpfulness! This condo is in a good location with easy access to the expressway, golf courses, shopping and few local watering holes close by. We had a great time visiting the area and felt very comfortable relaxing in our condo after a long sunny day. Nice pool area as well and paved walking paths throughout the complex.

Fantastic condo! Everything we needed was provided! Well stocked kitchen, tons of large, fluffy towels and amazingly huge pool towels. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We had one tiny issue ... The battery died on the keyless garage entry ... One phone call to Steph and it was fixed right away. We love this complex and loved this condo. We will be back!!
