Enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer as well as the many activities available in the area. 23 miles from Sky harbor airport, 45 minutes to the watch Cardinals, Suns, Dbacks, Coyotes or concerts. Hundreds of restaurants within 5 miles of this property. Hundreds of miles of trails for biking, hiking or ATV fun in the area. Although this home is in a busy Gilbert Mesa area, it is very quiet enjoyment being surrounded by the golf course. Play in the pool or sit in the adjoining hot tub with no traffic noise. This home offers a complete entertainment package to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing. amenities include, Pool with heating option, hot tub, putting green, chipping green, outdoor entertainment bar with BBQ, sink and refrigerator, gas fire pit, covered patio, upstairs open deck great for sun bathing, upstairs game room, directv, internet, patio tv you can watch from the hot tub, views of the fairway, tbox and green on the back nine of the Superstition Springs Golf Club which is a great home course option. Many other awesome golf choices in the area. Update: Master bath remodel is complete as of 10-1-2021 Note: When you book there will be a $100 a day charge for pool heating which is partially refundable after your stay depending on use. Back yard pool, spa, BBQ and fire pit are fueled by a large propane gas tank. You will only pay for the amount you use, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded after stay. Large gas heater heats the pool and hot tub fast and efficiently. Hot tub in 30-45 minutes, pool in ~10 hours. Gas is a much better option than electric if you want heat when you want heat. WINTER UPDATE: With the price of propane getting higher, be prepared for an additional charge if you want to heat the pool and keep it heated during your stay. When it's cool outside, it can take ~$200 in gas to get up to temp and $75-$100 a day to keep it warm. The spa is inexpensive to run and your deposit will cover that. The pool is getting more expensive in the winter with the cool weather. Be prepared to pay an additional fee above your deposit for heating the pool. Propane is up over $1.00 a gallon in the last year. Again I only charge for the gas you use with no markup. If you heat the pool, it is your responsibility to pay the excess charges at checkout. Loved the location, close to Mesa/Gateway airport. A lot of restaurants near by. Quiet neighborhood with golf course out the back. I appreciated the communication with the home owner. This was our first VRBO experience. The master bath is awesome. The bed in the Master not so great if you prefer firm mattress. Pool was perfect. But hot tub did not warm up to the temperature the controls said. Homeowner apologized and I am sure will fix it.

This was a really great home with a lot of activities for different ages. It was comfortable, clean and felt very welcoming. The remote made controlling spa, pool, water feature, lights etc very easy. The only complaint is that the WiFi was not good at all and mostly we were using our phone data which is not a big deal but no bad WiFi is problematic when things didn’t have data to use and relied on WiFi (video games). Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again in the future.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! We had 6 adults and 2 teenagers. There are lots to do to keep the teenagers and adults busy! We had trouble with the pool cleaner and the outside lighting, but I contacted them and they had it fixed in a couple of days. We had an amazing time!

The backyard was truly the private oasis described in the listing. We also loved the neighborhood and walked to the golf course which was fantastic. The house itself was also perfect for our group to spread out - very spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Phoenix.

We booked this as a home base while staying near our snowbird parents - great to have space for kids to hangout in and also space for everyone to gather in for a movie. Plenty of seating for all, even had all the grandparents over for dinner and still had ample seating. So thankful to have the game room area - we had some cooler/rainy weather - and needed something to occupy everyone. Quiet neighborhood and nice sunset views. A comfortable home with all the features of home. We didn't opt to heat the pool - but would suggest as it was CHILLY - but according to all the snowbirds, "it's been a really cool season".

Perfect location for us between extended family in Gilbert and Mesa and spacious layout of house accommodated our group of 8 very nicely. Not able to heat pool and hot tub at the same time which was confusing at first but turned out ok. House is well equipped and very comfortable and the owner was a rockstar at answering all our questions and concerns. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay in this 4 bedroom house on a beautiful golf course. The highlights include the hot tub, location on the golf course, appliances for making all types of drinks, backyard with putting green, walking distance to many stores and restaurants, many options for tv watching, no long list of check out directions and the sunny AZ weather. We shared some issues with the owner after checkout and he appreciated the feedback.

Everything about this property was amazing! It basically had everything you needed for a long vacation stay. All my family members said it was the best place they ever stayed. The pool was seriously the best thing! I don’t think we ever left it for 5 days. The place itself was so cozy and comfortable, we felt very much at home. It had a lot of household things already there to use which made cooking, cleaning, and pool fun awesome! Plus Ed, was super great to communicate with. Made everything very easy! Would highly recommend this house to stay in!!

Perfect spot for our family. Loved that it overlooked a golf course. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, barbecue and putting green in the backyard was a hit. Teens enjoyed billiards and football in the upstairs room. We felt right at home during our stay!

We stayed at this beautiful home for 2 weeks on a family holiday, the home was a very spacious house, lots of room for all if us. The house was a great location, right off the Golf Course, a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores etc. The house had everything a family needs. The little things like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms was very nice! The backyard was AMAZING! Beautiful, spacious pool with all the pool toys a family needs. The little putting and chipping green was enjoyable and the bbq area was very convenient for family dinners. For a hot summer July day there was alot of shade in the backyard amd it made the crazy heat much more manageable. Ed was great when it came to communicating with us and checking in. We would definitely rent this place again, by far the best place we've stayed in yet!!

The home was beautiful and had everything you need for a nice family vacation. The pool, putting green and game room where a hit with the kids and the home owner had pool toys, towels, golf balls, putters, sunscreen and plenty of toiletries in the restrooms. The only thing that needs work is the water pressure in the bathrooms.
