About this cabin rental
Located in Pine Valley, this attractive cabin for $306 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Washington County just passed an ordinance banning most short term rentals. To be legal we have to rent on a long term basis; 30 days or longer; but we will do this by only allowing one rental per month, this will need to be a 4 day minimun. They are concerned about large groups, load noise, parties, kids flying around on off road vehicles, etc. No more than 7 vehicles, all must be parked in front of the house, none on the road. No large fires in the fire pit, and sometimes in the summer they don't allow any fires at all. No campers or camp trailers. This home has two master suites each with king beds. Three other large bedrooms with king beds. One large bedroom with four bunks; 8 beds. And one bunkbed in the loft area. The couch has a hide a bed, queen size but it's not made up, if you use it you need to make it up and stripe it when you leave, put the sheets in the laundry room and fold and put away the quilts. This cabin offers a spacious chef's kitchen which opens up in to the great room. Fire place, grill and outdoor fire pit. Patio and second story deck. Full Laundry. Easily sleeps 22. Forest service in backyard. Fishing and hiking within minutes of the cabin. Great for large families. This is a great space to rent by the night, weekend, or by the month.10 minutes from the St. George Marathon starting line. If you intend on renting please give us a description of your group. No smoking in the home, alcohol in moderation.

Frank’s Dream Cabin, hosted by Rolland, was a true gem in the expansive landscape of Southwestern Utah accommodations.

Felt very safe as a small town of ~350 people.
Spacious property.
Very well-equipped kitchen, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Family room TV had a broad selection of channels.
Extremely comfortable bedrooms and mattresses.
Would be nice to have TVs in the bedrooms.
Main floor bedroom felt cooler in temperature compared to the rest of the house.
Prepare for a 50-minute drive into St George.
Requires window coverings on the small windows in the Bedrooms.
Updated guest instructions with the name/direction *and* process for garbage disposal at the local waste facility.
Our group has stayed at countless VRBO facilities and Frank’s Dream was one of the best overall locations for our golfing and sightseeing vacations.

Frank’s dream was all around an amazing property. Roland was so great to work with and so easy to get a hold of. The home was beautiful and very well stocked. We had Thanksgiving with family gather from all over and it was all around a wonderful experience.

Great Property
We really enjoyed the stay at the property. The home was well stocked with lots of amenities. One thing to be aware of is in Winter conditions, it doesn't appear they have any snow removal. We did all of our own shoveling to make sure we could get vehicles in and out.

Amazing Vacation Home
Wonderful comfortable home! Everything you could possibly need is here.
The location is great and it is extra special seeing the wild turkeys and deer cross the property all day. The street is paved which is nice for the strollers.
Can’t wait to go back!

It's difficult to say whether the daily visits from the small herd of deer, the flock of wild turkeys, the cattle on the adjacent BLM land, or the hikes onto the nearby mountains were the highlight or the wonderful home with all the amenities needed to keep our group happy, well fed, well rested, and comfortable day and night were the highlight of our stay.

It's difficult to say whether the daily visits from the small herd of deer, the flock of wild turkeys, the cattle on the adjacent BLM land, or the hikes onto the nearby mountains were the highlight or the wonderful home with all the amenities needed to keep our group happy, well fed, well rested, and comfortable day and night were the highlight of our stay.

We spent a weekend in mid July with 16 family members, aged 18 to 80, from IA, IN, TX, NJ, and NC. We enjoyed a visit to Zion National Park, biking Snow Canyon, and eating Veyo pies, but otherwise spent our time in Pine Valley at Frank’s Dream. The house was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and we appreciated meeting the owners who happened to be spending the weekend in their other VRBO property (Grandma Chelle’s) next door. We’d gladly return for another weekend if Pine Valley weren’t so far from home. Thank you, Roland and Michelle, for hosting us!!

We had a great time with the exception of some very friendly mice. We had mice climb on 2 beds at night. Which was really not good. You need to address and get some traps or exterminator come and put traps out. We loved

Just what I was looking for!
We stayed here for our church’s Young Women’s girls camp. It was PERFECT. Lovely location, lots of room and very comfortable. It had all we needed and more! The owner was in communication and very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend! Would LOVE to stay again!

Great summer reunion spot
Pine Valley and Frank’s Dream was the perfect reunion spot for our family reunion. We had 10 adults and 12 children. The kids loved the bunk room and the bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of space for pack n plays for the two babies. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we plan on returning again!

Perfect family getaway
We absolutely loved staying here! The rooms were nice and big for families with kids and the yard had plenty of space for them to run around.

Franks Place is such an awesome place for a fun family weekend.The cottage has plenty of space. Plenty of spacious bedrooms and beds, and bathrooms. The kitchen/great room has seating for at least 20 comfortably. We had 8 adults and 8 children (ranging from ages 3 to 13) and it never felt the least bit crowded. We LOVE the space and being able to spend the time together. Out back we had plenty of room to play corn hole, baseball, etc. My husband took the grandkids on a hike up the mountain that is just through the field behind the cottage. The outdoor patio has a large nice grill and large table, plenty of chairs for sitting and visiting. There is a firepit that we sat around and roasted marshmallows and made smores. The house is fully furnished with just about anything you would need, dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. (We did bring paper plates, cups and plasticware just to cut down on any work) We enjoyed riding the side x sides around the beautiful and friendly little community of Pine Valley Utah., you will see plenty of deer, turkeys and wildlife. We went to the lake and fished and all the kids caught at least one fish. We really had a great time. I would recommend taking your family ( friends) to Pine Valley and I would highly recommend renting Franks Place for your stay. I had the opportunity to speak to the host "Roland" and he was so great to communicate with . He was helpful and such a congenial person. All and all it was Wonderful.
