About this condo rental
Nestled in Stone Harbor, this attractive condo for $500 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Clean, neat and centrally located! The bedroom furniture includes a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in a second bedroom and bunk beds (sleeping capacity 3) in the third bedroom. Please remember to bring sheets and towels. There are three TVs. The entire property has been updated inside and out. If you would like access to the owner's private pool, (for an additional fee) this may be available. Please inquire with the owner to see if the pool is available during your stay, what the hours are and what the fee is. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Property offers off street parking, screened in front porch, and three bedrooms. Outside shower, gas grill, full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to The Reeds (for those who need a weekend rental for attending a wedding). Two blocks to Freds and other local downtown shops, theatre and restaurants. Walk 2 blocks to beach. Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream. We are pet friendly... Please inquire with owner. There is an additional fee for a pet. There are (4) beach passes for your use during your stay. Long term off season (October through April) rates negotiable. Contact owner. REMINDER: Sheets and towels are not provided with this rental. GUESTS MAY PARK IN EAST DRIVEWAY OR ON THE STREET. MAIN DRIVEWAY IS FOR THE OWNER ONLY!

Great property for a group of friends or family...roomy, well decorated, nice touches. 2 short blocks to 96th Street & the Reeds with a WAWA in 50 yards. Read the fine print as you need to bring your own sheets & towels.

We stayed at Lori's property for a long weekend. Lori was very friendly and responsive and made sure we were taken care of with our stay. The house was cute and comfortable and centrally located in Stone Harbor, so a perfect base for our long weekend.

This was a lovely property. Modern, neat and convenient to downtown. Lori was a very accommodating host and we would definitely recommend this property.
My only wish was that there was a clothes line (I know that sounds silly but coming home from the beach with a bunch of wet towels and swimsuits…I’m just used to hanging all that outside after a day at the beach)

Exceptional place!
This house was clean, freshly decorated, well stocked with appropriate amenities, and a quick walk around the corner to town. It was quiet at night and an easy walk to beach for sunset each morning. 6 stars!

Perfect for our needs
Lori was great. Very friendly and helpful!
The house is clean, nicely appointed, and set up great for hanging out and big meals. The cook and clean up crew (me) is not isolated from the activity.
It is a longer walk to beach than we’re used to, but the trade off is being around the corner from the EVERYTHING! Especially WaWa, for those late night/early morning needs.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location
We have been to Stone Harbor many time but I have to say this was my favorite place I’ve stayed. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for families since it is close to town and next to a park. Can’t wait to come back!

Actual property even more beautiful in person. The owner was a delight. We rented to house our extended family to attend our son's wedding. Perfect location. Never had to move the cars. Definitely on our return list. 10 thumbs up!

Lovely house with heated pool
Lori's house was perfect for our stay - we came to celebrate our daughter's second birthday and to take advantage of the heated pool as our local pool was closed this year due to COVID-19. Lori was thorough in answering my many questions pre-arrival and provided detailed instructions for the house and check in.
We brought our 4 year old pup and he gets anxious when we go in and out of the house. Lori is more than understanding about it. Our pup hates the water but he's able to hang out with us at the pool area. The pool is nicely and consistently heated (at 88F I believe) even though the temperature dropped during our stay.
The house is well equipped and provides many areas to lounge/gather!

Lovely week at the Shore
We had a lovely week at the Shore. The house is beautiful- tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable and was a perfect get away for our family of 3 and a puppy. The kitchen has everything we needed. The covered porch was fun to hang out in. The house is 5 minutes walk to the beach, has an amazing pool, and is around the corner from Springers, and all the conveniences of the Main Street in Stone Harbor. Lori is a gracious and generous host and made us feel so welcome and comfortable at her home. We will be back!

We had a great week down the shore even though the weather was iffy. The house is extremely clean and a perfect central location. Lori made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
