It was the perfect pad for what I wanted to do this trip.

Liked the clever use of space, the comfortable bed, really good shower and the induction hob, being so close to the beach and coastal path, and having parking in such a prime location.

Noise from extractor fans in other appartments seemed to keep going all night, and the apartment above sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around or dropping heavy weights on the floor. It was difficult to see the code on the key safe when I arrived - I think I was expecting a doorcode and got confused. I didn't understand the heating instructions, though managed to get it working ok, and the tv bewildered me with its multitude of channels and apps - but then I'm not very tech savvy!

Great stay - great location

really clean well kept flat.

unfortunately as it was so hot the commercial bins at the back of the property started to smell a bit.

Bed orientation means climbing over your partner. Trade waste bins behind property noisy. Very light in the mornings needs additional black out blind

Exceptional

Staying at studio 5 was everything as stated in the description when we booked.it’s small and compact but was ideal for what we wanted.the hosts were very good in putting extra pillows as we asked for,a good base for woolacombe and close to all the restaraunts.We had a nice complimentary box of goodies on arrival and milk which was great.

A perfect bijou apartment for singles or a couple. Perfect location.

Great location. Stocked with milk, juice, tea/coffee etc. Plus a small bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch.

Everything. The apartment was clean and had everything in it that you could possibly need and even a little welcome basket. Will definitely stay there again.

we didnt stay

nothing, we didbt stay and check in to Woolacombe Bay. the description of the accomadation was a 'One Bedroom Apartment'......... this is incorrect, it is actually a very small cold bedsit Booking.com do list Studios. so down to you if this is not are true reflection, its a bedsit, not a one bedroom apartment end of conversation.....very disappointing

The was nothing to like. it was a totally missleading description of the accomadation

Perfect location for exploring Woolacombe and surrounding area.

Great location, steps away from the beach and close to shops and some great places to eat.

Smaller than expected but well equipped and comfortable.

Relaxing, clean and comfortable, incredibly private experience

Definitely liked the little bottle of Prosecco and bar of chocolate left by the hosts! Due to working quite late I arrived at around 10pm which would have been a problem if I had booked somewhere with a non 24 hour front desk but they had a key safe outside of the door so with could get in with no human contact (brilliant if you are not a fan of humans) the room was spacious and very well equipped with a large television, full-size oven and a half size fridge with freezer compartment. All cooking utensils were clean and easy to find and even included foil! Plates and dishes were the same. The bed was comfortable and the heating system adjustable to your taste. The bathroom was clean and bright with a large mirror and the shower had the power of Niagara Falls. Plenty of plug sockets throughout the room too. There is also a medium sized spar shop just around the corner. The beach is only a short walk away and was lovely. Overall the whole experience felt incredibly private, clean and great value for money. We went down during off peak season as wanted a break by the sea to unwind and to fly my new Christmas present on the beach. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

as always I’ve we enjoyed woolacombe but the studio was way to small although clean and in good condition but it backs o

Great location. Bed is against 3 walls so tricky for one of you getting into bed.

Great location and room was very clean.kitchen had everything we needed. The host answered a problem straight away

The bed was in a corner so we had to climb over each other to get into it. There was no shower gel or soap in the shower

Very small central studio apartment but well designed.

Central, modern bijou apartment. Well equipped and designed.Very clean. Assigned parking which is very important in this location. Good info book inside. Telephone query to host answered immediately.

Check in instructions could have contained directions to parking space. Space limited, we kept bumping into one another. Bed a bit lumpy.

Compact studio

Fantastic location, a couple of streets back from the beach. Very clean. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook a couple of basic meals. Next door to a restaurant / bar where we had a great Sunday roast. The bed was comfortable although was against the wall which wasn’t the best for the person on the inside! Nice bathroom, great shower. Lovely big towels. Great to have parking. That’s worth a lot in Woolacombe! Good communication with owner.

It was quite small. That’s probably fine in summer when you’re out a lot of the time anyway. Similarly we found the sofa really uncomfortable but I can’t imagine we would have spent much time watching tv if the weather was better!

convenient and well equipped

fab location, fully equipped, comfy bed, fab shower! a great place to stay on the whole

there was a strong smell of Indian food in the apartment which lingered for the two nights I was there despite the window being open. it was just about bearable but pretty evident. it’s my only critique as otherwise is a great space and was very clean. perhaps the sofa could do with a clean though?
