Access the pool area directly from the master suite, guest bedroom, or the living room all on one level! Enjoy the large screen television and ready-access WiFi. The lanai is large enough to dine at pool-side overlooking the scenic canal. Dolphins and resident manatees are regular visitors to this prime canal location. While the boatlift is NOT available to tenants, there is room for your boat, kayaks, and canoes at dockside. Fish right from the dock, but also plan to head out to Pine Island Sound and the Gulf just minutes away. Enjoy evenings so peaceful you won't want to go out! Be sure to check the location of this one….a fantastic vacation home nestled within all that the gulf area offers, the best of fishing and kayaking, to birding, biking, walking, several beaches, and island relaxation galore! Onsite parking space is limited and guests with boats may need off-site trailer parking. NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00. What a beautiful house to come relax by the pool after a day of fishing. The inside of the house was clean and full of everything you’d need to make for a great vacation. The pool was just amazing to relax by after a long day of fishing. It was so convenient to have our boat out back, get in it in the morning and clean the fish on the dock in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Nice place, with all you may want, in a great location for fishing aficionados (like my husband) and a good size pool for people that enjoy swimming like myself. Nearby to a few restaurants and in a very tranquil neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

They thought of everything! This comfortable & well appointed home was perfect for our 5 night stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, the layout and flow of the home provided plenty of space to cook, hang out and watch tv but also ample privacy to take a nap, read or just find a quiet spot. There are plenty of kitchen supplies including condiments, beverages and snacks left over from previous guests. So be sure to inventory what you have on hand before heading to Winn Dixie. Communication prior to, during and after our stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend and will stay again should we return to the area.

It’s all about the water front and pool when it comes to traveling with my family and this house checked the box. Plenty of room for a decent size boat with lots of great places within a short boating distance.

From the check in process to our time on the island, my fiance and I had an amazing experience at this property. Location was wonderful and the house fulfilled our needs. The pool area and lanai and back dock were perfect for lazy evenings. Close to the St James restaurants. We absolutely felt the island vibe here!
