This beautiful 1500 ft2 condominium offers 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa and queen air mattress, sleeps up to 6 people. Enjoy the condo amenities like cable TV (a 42 in. LCD in the family room with DVD, and a 32 in. LCD TV in the master bedroom), 800 thread count linen, luxury towels, starter coffee, cream/ sugar, spa quality soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion and in-unit washer/dryer with laundry soap. The Cannes Village Condo is child friendly with a DVD library, board games, books, beach towels, and beach chairs. Relax on the private patio, enjoy exclusive access to the beautiful private beach and ocean views. For more activities, you can use at the resort next door (here).

The condo was nice, quiet, and right by the beach. The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans and all the utensils we needed. The host provided paper products and garbage bags which was very nice to have. The beach was very private and at times we had it completely to ourselves. The sand was the softest sand I've ever felt and the water was clear and calm.The location was within 10 minutes drive of a lot of tourist destinations. The condo is right in between Junkaroo beach club and Island Seas resort and we were able to walk to them in a couple of minutes during low tide. Junkaroo had delicious food for lunch. The beach is fully underwater during high tide, so we were not able to acces the resort's restaurants at night or go for any evening walks on the beach. We rented a car and the driving was easy. We fit in a lot of fun, our favorites were the dolphin encounter at Sanctuary Bay, snorkeling at Paradise Cove, and hanging out on the absolutely stunning Gold Rock beach in Lucaya National Park. The condo needs a good deep cleaning and the appliances need to be replaced. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes (they actually came out dirtier some how), the refrigerator leaks water,and the clothes washer is rusted out but it still works. My only other complaint was that the host, Paige, was not very responsive leading up to the trip, but once we were there the property manager, Charles, quickly helped with anything we need.

Great view, wonderful location for a quiet relaxing vacation. The condo was well equipped and was in a gated facility. The beds were comfortable for good nights of sleep.

Every thing was lovely. The unit was well stocked and maintained. The owner was very accommodating. The maintenance crew was prompt when we had a minor issue. There was the most beautiful beach with awesome view

Upon arrival our cell phones were not working even though we have the International plan (we have Verizon) so we waited til some neighbors arrived and we were able to use their phone to call for our check in.
The place is quite dated and well worn (drains that don’t drain, shower heads that need replacing, carpet very old)so it was just a different experience than what we were expecting. The beach was nice, the water warm but literally the area is not very nice- litter everywhere, broken glass on the beach and just a not nice vibe. The local people were friendly and helpful but I doubt we will return to this island.
