Nestled in North Shore, this attractive house for $1,325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. - Laniakea Beach House - NUC 90-TVU/0373 - NUC Registered. - Recently remodeled to reflect a stylish Hawaiian beach vide Ultra High Speed Internet Spacious and sunny family home on stunning “Turtle Beach” – Amenities include large deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, game room, BBQ grill, hammock, gated off street parking, wi-fi, multiple washer/dryers, and a television in every bedroom. This is a private house. - The Beach - The spacious beachfront yard leads to stunning Laniakea Beach. Miles long, this beach is famous for the sea turtles that love to swim and sunbathe in the area. You will see incredible sunsets every evening, and the views also include Ka’ena Point, distant rainbows, and excellent stargazing at night. The beach is never crowded, so you will always have plenty of sand to yourself. A lifeguard stand is located two homes down the beach. The swimming is wonderful during late spring, summer and fall. Winter brings bigger waves to the island, and you are in close distance to the surf breaks Lani’s, Chuns, Holtons, Waimea, Sunset and Pipeline. Please note that during certain parts of the year you may need to access the beach by the beach access two doors down. - The Neighborhood - You’ll see why travelers return yearly to the North Shore once you experience the laid back beach lifestyle and endless Aloha. Our family of 10 had a great stay. The waves during our stay were quite big and unsafe to swim in - December. However, the kids liked standing on the shore and having the waves crash on them. Lots of surfers, turtles everyday. The house is right on the HWY and the traffic gets quite bad everyday. The 6 minute drive to town can take over 30 minutes. Sharks cove is up the street and perfect for snorkelling. Close to amenities and unbeatable view.

We had an amazing time at this home. It easily fit our 6 adults and 3 kids. The home was clean, cozy and offered magnificent views of the North Shore! Highly recommend!

We had great stay! The house is spacious and has amazing views, very nice deck with geckos running around. Comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor shower in the bedroom!
There is a little climb down the stairs to the beach but it wasn't too bad. The beach was worth it! Turtles coming to visit was a great bonus. The road is a bit busy in the afternoons and a lot of cars parked on sides but the home is quiet. The property management is very responsive. Overall great place to stay!

Nicely decorated house, nice rec room / laundry room, ample rooms and space for (our) 6 adults and 2 children, very private. Slight walk to the beach (2 houses down). Close to Haleiwa town. On-site parking available for 2-3 cars. Traffic can be an issue getting to, and into, property. House was neat but could (should) be cleaned better (have pics); found sand in both bunk beds and in bed in another room (beds were made), gummy candy and food crumbs under the coffee table and in sectional (easily visible), dirty coffee cups in cupboard, visible dust (bunnies) on lampshades. Sent detailed message to property manager. Cleaner(s) supposedly sent out, but looked about the same - did not sweep, did not change bunk bed linen. Addressed broken dishwasher sprayer right away. Would probably stay there again because of the pros of the property. All-in-all, for as much as it costs to stay there, should be better maintained.

The house was very clean, updated and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard and deck area are beautiful! I love all the windows and sliding doors that give access to the ocean view. We woke up everyday to sea turtles, which was soooo Amazing! The only things we didn’t like about the property is that it is directly on the highway, which has a 35 MPH speed limit so it wasn’t too bad. The other thing is that the beach is directly off the back of the house; however, the steps going down to the beach didn’t reach all the way and it was on a slope. We wound up tying a rope to the stairs to help pull ourselves back up to reach the bottom of the stairs. Overall, this is an amazing property that accommodated our entire family beautifully. We would definitely go back!

Our extended family had a wonderful time at the Laniakea Beachfront Home. The house had plenty of room for all of us (7 adults and one baby.) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfy and the view was spectacular.We spent most of our time on the spacious deck. Please be aware that due to beach erosion there is no beach directly in front of this home. A very steep drop-off down to water level. We were a bit surprised by that because the photos show a wide beach. The floors of the home was very sandy upon our arrival, but a quick sweep took care of that.

Best location, house was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans, silverware spices etc. very clean open view to the beach where we saw turtles every day to walk down the beach was wonderful close to town. Loved the game room with ping pong. If you like board games, you should bring them because we didn’t see any only one deck of-cards and some puzzles.

I always try to give an honest review that I would appreciate reading to help with my stay so here it goes. Amazing location! Haleiwa is about 5 minutes!! Quick and friendly response on issues! Hot tub is great!! Clean and very comfortable beds with great sheets! Kitchen is well stocked (except trash bags, you only get what is in the cans upon arrival, you would think fort he cost of a week they might provide a few more?). 2 fridges so that's great. Now the part no owner likes but I feel responsible to share. Zero functional beach chairs at this beach home. 3 but all were rusted out and destroyed. Asked if there were more and they were going to check with the cleaners but never heard back. Went and bought my own on day 3 because you will want them there. The family we gave them to the last day on the beach were super appreciative. The view is my biggest issue. The hedge makes it where you can NOT see sand and most of the time the waves crashing. A few high top chairs would be awesome for the sunset. I like seeing the sand and waves..You can see the water but even that is obstructed by 3 young palm trees growing right off the main part of the porch. Will be okay if they get tall. We loved the place and don't regret staying but couldn't give it 5 stars based on our thoughts.

There were only 6 of us staying in the house but there was easily room for three families. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated having spices, oil, vinegar, etc to use. The location on the beach couldn't be beat! We sat on the deck every day and watched the surfers. We saw many turtles and humpback whales as well. I think the best spot for swimming on the entire beach was directly in front of our place. Some days the surf was too strong for swimming but when it was calmer, it was a nice sandy entry. To the right and left of the house, it was much rockier. Considering its beachfront location, the property was very private. While sitting on the deck, you could see the ocean but not the beach. My teenage boys loved the pingpong table and hot tub. Traffic in the area was bad at certain times of day so it was nice to be situated in such an ideal location, a couple of miles from both Haleiwa and Pupukea. Hawaii Beach Homes left excellent directions to the property and were quick to send someone over to replace the hammock when we reported that it was cracked. If you want a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home, this would be an excellent choice. We hope to return in the future.

We have been renting in Hawaii for many years and this was one of the best places we have stayed. Everything worked fine and is new. We had three generations on our trip- grandparents to grand kids and they were all really happy! There was lots to do out front so we rarely left the house. Plus Haleiwa is just down the road.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family stay. We had everything we needed, and with a trip to Costco, we barely had to leave - and with small children, that was exactly our intention. The house was very thoughtfully and tastefully renovated and well stocked to feel at home. The beach was beautiful and a fun spot to watch whales, turtles and surfers. With a quick drive into the cute local town, you really had no other need to venture far! We loved it.

My husband and I and two other couples have been coming to Oahu in the winter for over 30 years, and have rented on the north shore the last 8 years. I don’t think we have ever stayed at a house where we felt like we were in somebody’s actual home…not just a rental. This house is amazing…the kitchen is full of dishes, utensils, and everything you would ever need in abundance. It is clean and updated…feels like new from the bedrooms to the furniture to the big, nice deck in the yard with tons of great patio furniture. There was more than enough room for the six of us and could easily fit our family if we came with them…especially with the detached room with the ping pong table and comfy kids hangout area. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the surfers…a great beach where you could watch them but also get in the water and swim. Big enough but close enough to really hear the waves from the deck and inside the house. We used the hot tub a lot and loved having it. We like the location…it can get really crowded closer to Sunset and Waimea so being down a little ways from that was nice. Perfect spot to drive that direction for food trucks or go into Haleiwa to eat. The only thing I would wish for would be a bike trail to walk or ride bikes like there is farther north. This property is right off of the main road so it’s hard to go out for a walk/run. But the advantages far outweigh that small issue and we would definitely rent this house again…IT’S FABULOUS!

We didn't use the garage rec room very much but it was very cool. Having access to the beach right out the back yard was incredible. Beautiful rainbows every day! Being close to the town of Haleiwa was very fun to go explore all the little shops and so many delicious food places. If you are looking for the perfect vacation don't look any further. It was AMAZING!

We had a great time at this vacation rental home. The home had plenty of living space. The deck was spacious and we spent most of our time on it. The deck can use some minor repairs but overall, it was perfect for viewing the ocean. Definitely, we would return to this location.

Not only was the scenery of the North Shore spectacular, this home has everything and more! Plenty of room for our family of seven. The views were awesome. The bonus game room was nice for doing laundry. The pictures on the site are very accurate but better in person. I hope we can go back some day!! Thank you so much.

We made some wonderful memories on this vacation. The kitchen was spacious. We loved the day bed off the kitchen and the sectional was comfortable enough to sleep on. The view out back was beautiful. We looked at the starts at night and watched the ocean during the day.

Our stay at Laniakea was amazing! Beautiful immaculate home, every amenity, comfortable, great location! We fit 3 large vehicles in the secure driveway, 10 slept comfortably, cooked meals and baked with all equipment available. Great gameroom for the kids with pingpog and other games. Loved that eveything was labeled. Great location, spent most time on the north shore. Never missed the crowds of Wakiki. Grocery in Haleiwa better than Foodland. Best part - relaxing time with family. My daughter loved swimming with turtles daily. My son and d-i-l watched a turtle lay eggs one evening! We would love to go back and definately rent this house!

The description to this house doesn’t include there’s no A/C, so just making that known here. There were lots of bugs (lizards, cockroaches, mosquitos) but that’s Hawaii. The location is right on the water with gorgeous views, 5 min from Haleiwa. We wouldn’t stay there again but the management company hosting was great. They dropped off additional towels, etc and were very nice.

This location on north shore, Oahu, is the best! Not to many people, most people stay in the turtle bay 200-300 meters away. Perfect beach, stunning view! The house is nice, but you pay most for the beachfront view. One negative thing is no aircondition - only fan! The nearby village, Haleiwa, is really nice with good restaurants and beach shops. Beware of the massive traffic along the route 83! Drive out early or late!

The Perfect Holiday
My wife and I took our two adult children and their families to Hawaii. We needed a house that could accommodate 6 adults and three children. I found this house on VRBO and it seemed like a good fit. We were blown away when we arrived, this home by far exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We will definitely be back. From the amenities to the location and layout of the home, it could not have been better. Do not hesitate you will have the time of your life.

The house was better than the photos, beach was amazing, location was prime (although tricky to navigate pulling in/out on a busy street), beds were comfy, hot tub and game room an added bonus….the whole experience was worth the money (we split with another family and our party of 10 was plenty comfortable). It was dreamy! The beach does have an undertow and risk of riptides so isn’t as suitable to small kids but it was fun to watch the surfers day and night and fun to play in the waves with boogie boards. The sea turtles were a big highlight! On a calmer day we were swimming right along side them. Slice of heaven for sure. Mahalo for the wonderful home away from home for our vacation!

Magic week
We had a wonderful family time at Lanaikea beach front property. The house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the patio deck looking at the surfers and sea turtles. This is an amazing place close to Haleiwa and many nice beaches.

AMAZING
The property was just like the pictures only better! We were 7 adults and had lots of space, we spent most of our time on the deck together watching the whales and surfers. The water is rough so swimming was out of the question , but walking on the beach was wonderful! We had turtles sunbathing right in front of us.
We had issues with the hot water meaning we had none, I called Anna the property manager and she was very quick in getting somewhere here to replace the tank! Everything was just perfect, my only complaint is we have to go home!
