All new furnishings in two bedrooms, two full baths, a sleeper sofa in the living room, separate fully equipped, dine-in kitchen, and two balconies. Also, for the guests' convenience, the apartment has a flat screen TV, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, and free wi-fi. An easy five minute drive or twenty minute walk to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Italy, and a ten minute walk to the historic center of Vasto, an ancient town of 40,000 inhabitants with Roman and medieval roots. Vasto boasts many restaurants, elegant shops, charming wine bars, a medieval castle and palace, a large central city park, and a small museum of antiquities. World class skiing at Roccaraso is 45 to 60 minutes away by car. A twenty five minute drive takes you to the Miglianico Golf Club, a daily fee course considered the best layout in Abruzzo. New condo completed April 2010, with all new furnishings. Beautiful view of the Adriatic from the terrace. A five minute drive to the most beautiful sand beaches in Italy. A ten minute walk to the center of the historic city of Vasto.

Great view , comfortable beds and close to town. Not overly stocked but met our needs , we would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and very nice. Good location but quite noisy in the mornings due to the adjacent car wash. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there were WiFi and TV problems (router broken, satellite reception and no Sky, as advertised). The local partner could not help. We would still book it again.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura con un’altra coppia durante l’ultima settimana di agosto. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati molto bene! La struttura è ben organizzata, attrezzata con l’occorrente e pulita. C’è un’ampia terrazza con vista mare che consente di pranzare e cenare all’esterno. L’host è stato molto disponibile! Unico piccolo difetto: la vicinanza all’autostrada; tuttavia durante le ore notturne non si sentono i rumori.

Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber aus den USA lief problemlos, er hat uns immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Vor Ort hilft ein Herr aus Vasto. Die Wohnung ist neu, groß, 3-fach klimatisiert und so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung hat einen Lift und befindet sich im 1. Stock. Der Balkon ist windgeschützt, somit perfekt ab dem Nachmittag zu sitzen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon in Richtung Meer ist atemberaubend, leider ohne Markise. Wir hatten zwischen 35 - 40 Grad, die Sonne schien Vormittags und Mittags ungeschützt auf den Balkon. Somit war ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon, aufgrund diese Hitze, leider nur schwer zu ertragen. Internet / W-Lan ist vorhanden, allerdings ist die Stärke und die Verbindung nicht wirklich gut. Vor dem Balkon in Richtung Meer verläuft die Autobahn, Entfernung ca. 200 Meter. Aufgrund der Querfugen sind die Reifengeräusche hörbar. Uns hat es allerdings nicht sehr gestört. Die Wohnung hat noch einen zweiten Balkon auf die Rückseite in Richtung Inland, dort befindet sich auch ein großer Parkplatz für das Auto und im Gebäude gegenüber eine Autowerkstatt mit Autoreinigungsservice. Der Strand ist super, groß und feinsandig, man kann sehr weit hineinlaufen, das Wasser ist super sauber. Vasto ist ein sehr schöner Ort, tolle Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir haben kurzentschlossen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Vasto und gerne auch wieder in diese Wohnung.

Ottima sistemazione e una vista magnifica

La casa è perfetta in ogni particolare: pulizia delle stanze, cucina in ottime condizioni e dotata di ogni accessorio utile, stanze comode, aria condizionata e wifi perfettamente funzionanti. Vista magnifica sul mare di Vasto. C'è una superstrada che passa prospiciente il palazzo ma grazie ai doppi vetri non si sentono rumori. E' abbastanza vicina al centro della città (3/4 minuti in macchina e credo una quindicina a piedi) ma serve l'auto perché non c'è marciapiede.

Condo is modern and has everything one needs . Owner even got us 4 beach towels when I asked him he had any.Wi-fi is great for Italy . This is an area where go need a vehicle . Grocery store is close but downtown and beach area are a 5-7 min drive. Great restaurants , lungomare, along beach is fun for families at night. I got more than I expected from this condo . But car is necessary. Thanks

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 19 notti insieme ad altre 4 persone ed è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. Il proprietario è una persona cordiale che mi ha spiegato immediatamente la struttura dell'appartemento dando disponibilità di rivolgermi anche ad un custode in caso di bisogno, anche il custode è stato molto gentile. L'appartemento è in ottime condizioni, moderno, funzionale e con una bellissima vista. Consiglio il soggiorno per l'appartamento e per la gentilezza del proprietario. ________________________________________________________________________________________ I stayed in this apartment for 19 nights together with another 4 people and it was a very pleasant stay. The owner is a friendly person who immediately explained the structure of the apartment by giving me a call to a custodian when needed, even the custodian was very nice. The apartment is in very good condition, modern, functional and with a beautiful view. I would recommend the stay for the apartment and for the kindness of the owner.

Half pro & Half con. The US owner was very kind to reply to us every time we wrote to him. The apartment was clean and well equipped as described on WEB site except for internet, which was important for us. In mail exchanges with owner, I had some concerns about the fact that the highway was passing close to the apartment. In his reply, he says "You can hear the highway when you are sitting on one of the balconies off the living room, but it's not very loud, and the view of 20 miles of the Adriatic Coast is so spectacular that you'll pay no attention to the highway which is down the hill. We usually eat on the balcony, and no one has ever complained." I (and others in the party) may be fussy but I found very annoying the noise made by 22 wheel trucks passing over expansion joints on the viaduc between the apartment and the sea. For the view the viaduc was not that bad but the building in construction (for years ?) was not very nice as well as the environment on the entrance side of the building ( Car repair shop). The walking distance between the apartment and Vasto historic center is about 1.5 km and takes about 15 min instead of ten min (web site) on a junky road without sidewalk. Besides that, Vasto is a really nice city as well as Lanciano and Chieti . Super commercial centre (Conad) close to the apartment (350 m).
