Nestled in Beaver Lake, this charming cabin for $150 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This is a a wonderful, secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bath, LAKEFRONT cabin, that sits on several park-like acres, with a gentle walk to the water's edge. Located in the beautiful quiet cove of Horn Branch. Plenty of space for yard games and unlimited parking! The main level has a nice living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom with full bathroom. Upstairs has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and twin size trundle bed, the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower. One Mature well-behaved dog is welcome. No puppies please. Pet Fee one dog, is $45.00 per stay. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield. Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers https://visitrogersarkansas.com and Eureka Springs https://www.eurekasprings.org. Location was ideal. Peaceful, quiet, private setting with easy access to the water. Quiet cove with no boat traffic. Property manager was the best. Kept us informed and was quick to respond to any questions. The house was somewhat disappointing. Old and in need of upgrades and repairs. Way past do for painting and the decades old stained carpet needs to be ripped out. Pillows disgustingly stained to the point that we doubled up on pillow cases. Doors that don’t open/close and drawers falling out of kitchen cabinets. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Much better than staying in a tent.

We needed a pet friendly place to vacation with our English Setter for the first time and this was perfect. It was on the lake and a pretty view of fall colors. The only downside was that the screens on the doors were torn so we had to keep the main doors shut in order to make sure that she (dog) wouldn't jump out. Will probably return next year.

My husband and I, my mother-in-law and two of my adult sons had a great time! We enjoyed the seclusion, beautiful cove and star gazing in addition to skiing. The beds were comfortable, the house clean. There is plenty of room for parking and a circle drive for easier turnaround with a boat. The home is older, which is fine with me, this is reflected in the price. There is an area of the deck that needs to be repaired but that was blocked so was not dangerous. As we have found in many rentals, the kitchen knives could use an upgrade, more pots/pans and storage containers would have been nice. There was no internet (the manager said they have been trying to get that removed from the description). It was really kind of nice. We did have good service on Verizon, just used our own data. Also no dishwasher but not a big deal to us. We loved the seclusion, it was like we were the only people there! The walk to the dock is flat and short, the easiest walk to the dock we have experienced in 25 years of rentals! We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

pleasant stay
The property is fine although the kitchen was dated: we had a couple of minor problems (melting ice in refrigerator compartment, a kitchen cabinet drawer kept coming off its rails), but nothing serious. It was great to be able to swim from the dock. Bottom line: recommended if you're not expecting luxury.

Beaver lake
We have stayed here twice now, it is dated but comfortable and easy access to the water. We enjoy hanging out on the dock. The only thing, there are clocks that don't work and a lamp that has a broken switch. Nothing major, just little things.

Do NOT book this house
We had an absolutely nightmare of a time at this house. It is infested with brown recluse spiders. The owner of the house must have known this because there were traps set up everywhere. I happened to check one on the second day and noticed they were full of brown recluse spiders, some still alive! This house is also in need of serious updates. Squeaky floors. Old carpet. Old everything really. Reminded me of a camping lodge I would stay in with a group of guys going hunting or fishing. Definitely was not a good family get together home with a baby.
However, the absolute saving grace for our trip was the property management. They were FANTASTIC to move us and accommodate us. They got us a much cleaner and safer environment right by the water like this home. They responded to our calls and requests super fast and were very apologetic for the house owner. I would recommend staying at any property managed by them. They are great!!!

The location of this property can’t be beat! We loved having access to the dock for our boat and our boys to fish off. The house itself was perfect for us for a long weekend. We only had one complaint for this property and that’s all of the beds are extremely uncomfortable, new mattresses are definitely needed. Overall, we loved this property and everything it had to offer!

Another great visit to Beaver Lake and this house did not disappoint! The lakefront was so convenient plus we were able to dock the rented boat. Quiet area at the cabin and the water.

This was a nice quiet home with great access to a very serene part of the lake. The home does suffer some from deferred maintenance which could be easily remedied and greatly improve the ones overall impression. The upstairs double bed was very uncomfortable which I noticed others have complained about. A new matress is an easy fix. Chuck Estill

Isolated Lake House
Overall we had a great time at the property. It is an older lake house but is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect for kids and is located near several fun attractions. We wish that it had internet or a hardline phone incase of an emergency since the cellphone reception doesn’t exist.

Nice quiet home away from home
A group of friends and I stayed here and we had a great time! The house is very spacious and provides a great ambiance for a group. The large dining room and the living room was very useful for dinners and lots of game playing. The kitchen was well stocked with items. The deck was nice for visiting and looking at the stars. Since there is little light pollution, you will see a beautiful night sky. The private swim dock is nice and we enjoyed plenty of time out on the water. The channel was very quiet and pleasant to hang out in. The walk to the water is easy, compared to other places we have stayed in the past.
I will say if you are wanting a view of the lake from the house/deck, this is not the house for you. You can see some water but the trees block most of the view. The only other complaints are the beds weren't comfortable (if you like a very firm mattress, you probably won't mind) and the ladder on the swim dock is very slick, I bruised my shin on it getting out of the water. But all in all this was a wonderful cabin to stay in and I would recommend it.
