About this house rental
Nestled in Beaver Lake, this charming house for $169 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We've just returned to "nightly rental status" after leasing to a family member for a year. So that's why you don't see many recent reviews. But be assured, we're till the a great destination between Beaver Lake and the story book town of Eureka Springs with many recent upgrades. Enjoy "our new great room" featuring a full gourmet kitchen, a dining area that seats 6 plus 4 at the beautiful kitchen island, and cozy conversation and TV area. All bedrooms open out to a spacious deck with the lakeview. Due to its unique layout, the property can be rented for two people or up to 8 for a larger vacation get-away. On the lower level one bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, one bedroom with a queen bed and a kitchenette handy for snacks and early morning coffee without disturbing whoever upstairs. The patio downstairs is a serene, private area . ., the perfect place to have your cookout or just relax anytime of day enjoying a breeze, panoramic views Beaver Lake and Ozark Mountains surrounding you. NO SMOKING inside is allowed. FYI: our rates are based on double occupancy (2 people to a room). So 2 guests have use of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, unless otherwise arranged w/ management. Additional guests or use of additional rooms add additional charges to our base rate. Children are welcomed you must keep an eye on small ones thought as there is a steep area in the back yard. NO SMOKING inside is allowed. There is a breeze coming up the valley off the lake. FYI: our rates are based on double occupancy (2 people to a room). So 2 guests have use of 1 bedroom, 1 bath, unless otherwise arranged w/ management. Additional guests or use of additional rooms add additional charges to our base rate. Pets are allowed upon approval. Also we do have some pet rules. 1. They are not allowed on the furniture on in the beds. 2 . The pet is not to be left inside the property alone unless in a secure kennel. 3. You must pick up their droppings and properly dispose of them. 4. There is a pet fee of $15 per night.

We enjoyed staying here it was great and worked out perfect for us. The whole set up was nice. We enjoyed the deck off the bedroom. Plenty of room on the main level for the two of us. Felt right at home. We didn’t use the downstairs area.

Beautiful, spacious place to call home
My sis, my aunt and I stayed at this property and enjoyed it immensely. There was room for us each to have privacy and plenty of shared space to be together. Location is outside of Eureka Springs but close enough to drive in or to other areas. We enjoyed the upper deck most of all... beautiful view and weather/breeze! Owner very responsive. Towels were luxurious and kitchen had everything we needed.

We had 5 women. loved the big kitchen space and outdoor areas that we spent most of our time. Master suite nice and having 3 full bathrooms a plus. The downstairs bedrooms are somewhat awkward and noisy. Easy loading and unloading baggage both upstairs and downstairs. Recycling a plus.

Spring Fling
It doesn't look like a residence from the front, but that was displayed in pictures. The place was very cute inside, the kitchen was very nice and modern. I really liked the finishes. We accidentally leaned against the stove and I discovered it on in the morning. I was a touch alarmed and aired the house quickly. I then found your note warning about that very hazard, bad timing on my part. Great views from the back of the property, top and bottom. The outside is fabulous and you had it set for guests nicely. It rained too much and we didn't get the pleasure of being out there as much as we wanted.
I guess I didn't fully understand that I wouldn't get use of the second bathroom. I received emails concerning the charges were in association with 2 guests, but I didn't understand. My bad though. I would have paid more to have a second bathroom as I was on a first weekend get away. My mistake though.
We enjoyed our time at your property. I would recommend to friends and even stay again.

Stayed here 4 nights in March. Lots of room in the living space. The newly remodeled kitchen with appliances and kitchen tools was great. Plenty of room to park my large van and trailer of motorcycles. Wonderful area to ride in and nice views from the deck. Quiet neighborhood.

Eureka getaway
My family stayed at this property for our spring break getaway and LOVED IT! It is a great location close to many attractions and felt just like home. Even asking my 11 year old his favorite part of the trip he said the house we stayed in,, you could say we were impressed 😊 I would definitely recommend this property and would love to book again!

Great house with lots of space
We stayed here after the remodel of this property. They did an awesome job. The open kitchen is beautiful and has everything you will need to prepare food while hanging with family and friends. The 2 floors allowed for everyone to spread out when needed. The deck was great and had a beating view. The owner was responsive and even gave us some recommendations for fun things to do while staying there

Nice stay for Thanksgiving
Nice stay in the property. Decks are amazing, and the communication with the property management was very good. Location is about a 15 minute drive to the downtown Eureka Springs area.

It was clean and quiet. Thought it was a stand alone house, but they converted the back of a real estate office into a rental.
It look very nice on the surface, but the furniture was uncomfortable, the twin beds on the ground floor were hard.
My main concern was the stairs. The stairwell inside was very dark with no lighting to guide you down the stairs, the outdoor stairs were recently done, but did not seem secure and only had one handrail.
As someone who is older with balance issues, it did not seem very safe.
We have stayed in Vacation rentals from Monterey CA to Plymouth MA, and this was the most disappointing.

Excellent hosts, excellent location, and such a beautiful cottage - exactly what we hoped it would be. It’s peaceful and private yet very close and accessible to Bishop Arts and also many awesome taquerias and family owned Mexican restaurants.
The bed is comfy. The linens are quality. Inside the cottage is great but the private garden patio and porch spaces are what really shine; an unexpected but authentic dose of zen.
Richard and Candice (the owners) are a very sweet, very cool couple who have cultivated something actually special. We took a moment before we left just to savor the vibe. It’s an inspiring spot.
We celebrated our first year of marriage here and it was perfect for us; we will absolutely be back.
