Pelican Isle Resort, Unit 305 offers a direct, third floor view of Florida's magnificent Emerald Coast. Stretching from Destin to Pensacola, the emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast are unique only to this area. Crystal clear water bordered by the powdery sugar-white sands, also found only in this region, make Okaloosa Island a very exclusive vacation destination for beach lovers. Your family will love the experience, and will not soon forget the beauty of this Florida rental. This beachfront, 1 bedroom unit will sleep up to 6. The spacious floor plan is perfect for a week away from home, with room for each family member. The queen master bedroom has a private full bath, tv, with dvd player. Custom hallway bunk beds are perfect for adults or children, and there is room for 2 on the living room sleeper sofa. A second full bathroom, and a private washer and dryer make this a great unit for any family of 4-6. The full kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private balcony with table and chairs for a relaxing view in the breeze. Beach Chairs (1 set of 2 chairs and umbrella) are included with each day of your stay from March 1 through October 31. You will be within 6 miles of Destin and Harbor Walk Village. Shopping, dining, and activities for everyone are also nearby. Enjoy scuba diving, deep sea fishing, para sailing, jet ski tours, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, pier fishing, snorkeling, boating, kayaking, surfing, bungee jumping, go karts, putt-putt golf, and much more. MANAGER: This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way. COVID-19: This property is available for occupancy. Your health and safety are our top priorities and concern. That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas. All bed linens, bath, and kitchen towels are sanitized and changed between guests. We ask all guests to exercise social distancing and preventative practices while in and on this property. The condo could use a few upgrades. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen needed a few things. There was no spatula or pot holders! The garbage disposal was leaking bad and we had a big mess to clean up ,found that the day before we left! Overall it was a good condo. But I will not be using Sunset Rentals again after being a repeat customer for several years I was not given a discount and the lady on the phone could have been a lot nicer!!

The place we were supposed to stay contacted me 3 days before we were due to leave so we booked with Pelican Isles at the last minute. I am sure glad we did. It was much better than the other place. It was clean and right on the beach. We needed a new part for the dryer to work. I contacted the office, spoke to Carol. She had us one the very next day. I will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at numerous condos across the gulf coast, and we found this unit to be better stocked than most. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and enough towels and washcloths to last the entire week. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I never received a phone call or any further communication from the rental company from that point on. Finally at 5 pm we went and tried the code and it worked. Our check in was supposed to be at 4. The unit is in major need of updating. The master bed is horribly uncomfortable, light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling, there was hair and sand in the silverware drawer and many cups were dirty, the washer and drier are the smallest I have ever seen (it will only wash 2 towels at a time), we killed a cockroach, and the master bath wouldn’t drain. The whole condo is dingy and outdated. I called on Monday and Tuesday about the shower not draining. No one called me back. I emailed them on Wednesday and never got a reply. We had 6 people and could only use one shower. Between that and the late check-in, I want a refund!!

the room was ok. I think it was priced a little too high, but we made the most out of it. appliances are old and out dated, along with mostly everything in the condo. our Dryer broke on the 2nd day and they had to order parts. they were able to wash and dry a load for us, but not having the dryer for 5 days was not ideal!
The positives were the View, the cold A/C and great working fans, and the guest shower. it was very spacious.
Overall not a bad place to stay. but not for the price. I would of been satisfied if the place was half what i paid.

Easy check in. We stayed in 305, it was clean comfortable with a great view of the water. The elevators were great (2) no waiting time. The unit had all the tools we needed to cook etc. No trouble parking always a spot close by. Looking forward to returning.

Great Value
This condo was a great value for the money spent. Spectacular view of the water and extremely convenient location that allowed a short walk to the beach, chairs/umbrella service and pool/bathrooms. Furniture was not very comfortable and the accessories (trash can, utensils, etc. were extremely sparse and low quality. It depends on what each person is looking for in a rental. We appreciated the location and value!

We had a great time relaxing. We really enjoy staying at Pelican Isle on Oskaloosa Island. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed.
The ocean view is very nice and you are only steps away from the beach.

Christmas and New Year Visit
Our stay at Pelican Isle over the holidays was wonderful. The condo felt like home away from home. The location is quiet and yet close to all the activities nearby including restaurants and groceries. The view from the balcony is beautiful any time of day or night. We would love to stay here again.

Nice condo. Was clean and neat. Not a lot of decorations just pretty plain. I liked the no fuss atmosphere. My only concern was the washer was extremely small. Thankfully it was just my husband and me. Will stay again in the future. The view is stunning.

We had two chairs and an umbrella every day of our stay which was awesome!! ( less to transport back and forth) The communication was perfect as we were sent emails about every step of the process. We were also sent reminders throughout our stay about different things to make our stay more enjoyable. The condo provided plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed having the washer/ dryer unit as now I don’t have a ton of laundry to do when I get back home!! Lol
