The resort is good value for money , not fancy but it’s acceptable

The room was clean and comfort but not from first time but after checking in and take our bags to a very dirty un prepared room full of rubbish , tissues on the floor , used cups and glasses and i record a video for the room and we went to the reception and complained then they changed the room to a clean beautiful one , and this second room was totally satisfying for us.
The staff at the reception they were friendly but can't work under pressure , a man with glasses they say that he is the manager of the reception he said it clearly to a guest infront of all guests "please guests do not talk to me on the same time as that pressure me and i can't work under pressure 😂😂😂 " , the food is totally bad either breakfast or dinner with no varities for 3 nights , on the 3rd night we went to dinner at 8 pm " Dinner from 7 to 9 pm " we found that some dishes were finished and not refilled
