Pool, location and nature
Staff. No hot water. Breakfast at the first day took 2 hours and still incomplete

Fantastic pools...
The water heaters were not working.... so the hot pool wasn't hot, and the shower wasn't hot either, but that was just a tiny inconvenience, as the weather is nice and hot...

Great staff. 3 pools, 2 are 3 feet deep, one 5 feet deep. They also have a restaurant so you can also order food from them. Free strong wifi connection. We rented a villa, and it comes with a communal fridge, stove, and some kitchenware (thankfully, the other villa was not occupied so we had it all to ourselves. It would have been too crowded if we had to share it.) the place is generally peaceful too
Tons of flies the entire time we were there! And there was a bad smell that comes off every hour or so (maybe from a garbage incinerator?). Dampens the generally fun and calming experience

Their staffs are courteous and friendly
The guard did not let us enter right ahead as they are still cleaning the place even though we are 1 hr late from the scheduled check in. The rooms were dirty. The pull out beds have traces of muds and doesnt smell nice. The comfort room is also untidy. We need to ask the staff to clean it up.
There are three pools but the biggest pool is not available. The chlorine is so strong that our shirts changed their colors the following day. Toilet bowls are equipped with automatic flush but there's no english manual and one of the remote controls is missing that we cannot use it. Shower area is also small.
We feel that they are not prepared on our arrival.
Nice experience but we will not book again unless they improve the cleanliness of their place.
