The staff was very helpful and friendly. The accommodations were comfortable and very close to places we wanted to go. The breakfast food was very good.

清潔で快適だった。外からのゲストとの交流が出来る応接室があったのはとても良かった。入口のカウンター前のスペースが広く、快適なソファー、給水機、トイレなどの設備があり、多めの荷物と一緒に呼んだ車を待ったり、ドライバーさんが用を足したりすることが出来、よく考えられていると思った。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、荷物の搬入や搬出も快く手伝ってくれた。
今回色々オプションを頼んでいたが、スタッフが変わると再確認しないといけないようで少々不安が残った。受付に人がいない時の呼び出しに携帯電話が必要だった。日中の担当の人に繋がらず、パンフレットの代表番号をかけてみてすぐ来てくれたのは良かったが。

I LOVED my stay at LIA. You enter the gates and a tremendous sense of peace descends on you. The staff was fantastic!!
Sometimes I got confused on meal start times..but probably my fault.
