Well organized for airport, self service breakfest any time- bread, eggs coffee etc, very helpful owner

The location was a bit scary, I didn’t feel safe being on the street

Clean, beautiful interior, nice room

You need to take the breakfast from the bridge and eg cook your eggs on your own

Hotel itself was adequate. The bed was comfortable, has AC, and shower was warm.

VERY DISAPPOINTED because they slowed down on communication once we checked-in. I specifically booked this hotel for early morning shuttle (4am). I asked multiple times weeks in advance that I need 4am drop off just to give them a heads-up being off time. They kept saying "no problem. We can provide that and coordinate the day before". I arrived at the hotel, and texted again to confirm about a shuttle. They did not response until 9pm. So I asked another question about payment - they quickly replied only to that payment question. I asked again that I'm confused about the drop off shuttle and wanted to hear if it's confirmed. They finally confirmed. But - why couldn't they confirm earlier? I needed a quick response because I needed to go to bed early for 4am shuttle. They can just say yes or no - I just needed an answer. Because they didn't reply for almost half day, I ended up arranging a Uber myself to "secure" the shuttle. VERY DISAPPOINTED because the main reason I chose this hotel was a shuttle. The hotel itself is okey, the room is simple and the big common areas with a kitchen and seating space. But I just think this place is lack of communication and support. There's no one or no front-desk to go to. All you can do is wait for a what's up reply which they might or might not reply. When I booked this place, I had a impression that this place is more established. No, this place is more like Airbnb you self check-in and check-out. The staff is nice and friendly and it'll work out if you didn't face any issues. However, we'll never know what would happen while staying in abroad. When that happens, you won't get support you need here. At least this place didn't make me feel that way because of lack of reponse. I will not stay here again. Good for locals who just want a quick stay.
