Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was easy and helpful. We were met at the condo by Anna; she also stopped by at the end of our visit - she was delightful, helpful and knowledgeable.
The condo had everything we needed for the beach and pools. The kitchen was the best appointed I have experienced in a VRBO. The view from the porch is beautiful. The maintenance and security staff were extremely friendly.
The beach is right beyond the pool gate. The street is small with little traffic and easy to cross - it may not look this way on Google maps, Beach is a 30 second walk. Eagle Beach was clean and was not extremely busy like the high rise hotel area.
Great owners, great people, great condo, and great location. Thank you for a wonderful, stress free vacation!

Prior to our stay, we had great communication from the owners. Upon arrival, the property mgr Judy/Anna met us and walked us thru the property and explained everything to us as well as answered any questions that we had. The property looked spotless and smelled clean when we arrived. It was very well stocked w everything we needed for our stay, incl coolers, beach chairs, nice linens and everything you could think of in the kitchen. The resort was well- maintained and safe. The property mgr met us promptly for our check out time and we were on our way to the airport without delay. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Aruba ! Highly recommend!

* Beach was beautiful, not crowded, plenty of space

* Construction noise was as early as 6:30am Monday-Saturday directly next to the property/ Could be heard in the condo and at the beach all day
* Entire condo smelled very strongly of mildew
* Especially the closet in the master bedroom, even with several damp-rid packs
* All of our clothes had to be washed when we got home and several pieces that were hanging in the closet are still airing out two weeks after we got home
* When we talked to the property manager about the smell it sounded like it was a known issue, having to do with the age of the building and the climate control of the surrounding units
* We have spent a lot of time in humid climates and throughout the caribbean, this was the worst mildew smell we've experienced
* Couldn't set the air conditioning below 72 degrees or else it would freeze up
* In the middle of the night the bedrooms would get incredibly hot and very uncomfortable
* Fan in master bedroom wasn't properly balanced and was too loud to run at full speed

* Master bed was very hard, not a negative or a positive, just a comment
* The new resort being built next door and opening Q4 2024 may increase the population on the beach in front of the unit

We took our family for my wife's 60th birthday. This was one of the units we rented in Oceania. It was great! My son and his family stayed in the unit. They loved waking up each morning to the view from the balcony. The unit was very well kept, the grounds were immaculate and the communication with Julie throughout the process was wonderful. She helped with some of the arrangements for the infants/toddlers. Thanks again. We'll be back

The condo was perfect for what we needed - lots of space, comfortable, with everything we needed. Great beach with palapas right across the road. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Construction nextdoor (new Iberostar) was not an issue - some activity during the day, but not that noisy.

The property was amazing and it was in a great location. The place had all we needed and a washer and dryer as well. Dryer took a long time to dry but eventually dries the laundry. Be aware of the early start of the construction site next door but didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the stay and made great memories. Hope to be back!

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect.. The condo manager and the security personnel at Oceania could not have been more pleasant.. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is provided by the condo---beach chairs, beach towels, noodles, coolers etc... This will not be my last visit to Serenity🤞❤️😎🏝️

Property was very nice! Room clean but had a very musty smell! We did laundry our whites and got black lines all over our clothes which we had to scrub out . Very dark in rooms. Need to get updated lights! But overall we loved our stay. Anna was lovely and everyone we met were very welcoming! We would go back

We’ve been to Aruba the past 10 years and stayed at Surf Club. We finally had an opportunity to stay for 10 days and decided to look for a place on Eagle Beach. We absolutely loved it. The place was clean, had everything and more that we would need for a beach vacation. We loved the property and easy access to the beach and Eagle Beach was beautiful and the water was gorgeous. We stayed at Oceania for 3 days and Surf Club for 7. It was like a tale of two vacations. Oceania was relaxing and tranquil. Just what we needed. We will definitely be back.

The property was wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our week while we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. There is a grocery store down the road. Food and shopping is only a short walk or drive depending on what you want to eat and do.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We truly enjoyed our stay. Anna was waiting for us when we arrived, walked us through the condo and made us feel very welcomed. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. This was our first trip to Aruba and we are hooked! This was the most relaxing vacation. The complex was not overly crowded and very peaceful. We hope to be back again soon.

This property was located on Eagle Beach which is pristine and away from the busier High Rise district (but just a short taxi ride away). The Aruban people were so welcoming, food was wonderful, fun shopping - just perfect!

My husband and I took our son to Aruba for Spring Break. The condo was roomy and clean. We all enjoyed it. The location is great and beach is beautiful. One suggestion I would make is to put different blinds in the bedroom with the double beds. The light from the security lights shine in at night.

We only stayed 3 nights, location was great. We had a car because we stayed someplace else first. This location we could walk to beach, grocery store and restaurant. The walk was pleasant and felt safe even walking at night. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We've been to Aruba many times and this was the first time staying in a condo residence vs. a high-rise With just me and my husband traveling it was perfect for what we were looking for - a week of complete relaxation. We are more beach people than pool people, and we were just steps from the beautiful eagle beach. The unit was beautiful, clean and comfortable and had everything we expected and needed. We took full advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and lunch each day. Being able to do our laundry before heading home was a nice plus. It’s located within walking distance to the grocery store. Great restaurants. We had a great time and hated to leave and will definitely rent from Julie and Pat again!

Although I was somewhat uncertain about renting a condo in Aruba versus staying at one of the area resorts, I'm very happy that we decided to stay at Oceania. The unit was secure, clean, spacious enough for our family of 5, and well-appointed with a washer and dryer, cook- and dinnerware, and supplies for the beach, including plentiful beach chairs and coolers of all sizes. On top of that, there was an absolutely wonderful view from the front balcony, facing toward Eagle Beach. The beach was also terrific and very easy to access. I would definitely stay here again!
