I was able to hike the narrows in Zion and the Grand staircase Escalante. The area is beautiful. The condo was comfortable, clean and with a pool and jacuzzi.

While visiting in the area, we explored Zion NP and Bryce Canyon NP in addition to the Page and Kanab areas. This was a great base camp for our crew. The townhome was stocked with everything we needed and more. We visited in mid-October and the pool was still open for an afternoon swim!

We had a wonderful week at this condo! Great space for 4 adults. We found it clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having the grill and patio space. There were plenty of dishes and supplies. Chuck was very responsive when we had questions. We have been to many VRBOs and this was by far the best one. If we’re in the area again, this is our place! Thank you!

Property was clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, well stocked which you cant say about everywhere! Covered parking was nice, and close proximity to the Tim Canyon and K-Hill trails. The neighbors were somewhat obnoxious throwing a party the last night. But overall would definitely stay there again.

Chuck is an amazing host, the apartment was very clean and is big, have a very good location and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet , Chuck is friendly, if you need ask something he responded very quickly, we ask him for recommendation in the area and he suggested some hiking and we did, and have an amazing hiking, Kanab is a wonderful city there is to much for to do we love Chuck apartment and Kanab City we definitely want to go back and I hope we are lucky and can stay in chuck apartment again, if you want to visit Bryce Canyon is one and half hour from the apartment and Zion Park is one hour from the apartment Kanab is between those beautiful parks we loved.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Chuck was amazing with communication and kept us up to date on anything with the property. The pool had issues and he quickly recommended places we could go to cool off. If we are ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stay there.

The property was perfect and well-maintained. Our family of four had everything we needed and more as we tackled national parks (Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon) as well as local attractions (toadstools, Belly of the Dragon, and wire pass slot canyons). Highly recommend this property and appreciate the wonderful communication with the owner.

Family of 4 stayed at the townhouse for just 3 days in mid June 2023 and had a very pleasant experience. Place is spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Planning a longer trip to the area next summer to enjoy all it has to offer (obviously staying in this unit :P) but nonetheless we truly enjoyed it. Great communication with host as well. Highly recommend!

Stayed the month of May. Property exactly as described. View from upper deck is beautiful . Very comfortable, Well furnished/stocked. Location is perfect to visit so many places, I.e. Zion, Bryce, Page, Duck Village, etc. Chuck is a wonderful host, Quick response to any questions. I would definitely stay again

We found this location to be perfect for exploring Zion, Bryce and the North Rim. The townhouse was quiet and had plenty of room for us with the hot tub very convenient to the back door to rest after long days of hiking. Chuck was very responsive to emails and the townhouse had everything we needed.

Communication with the owner Chuck was extremely easy. The condo was even better than advertised. Not fancy but everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us to explore this area. The condo was very well-appointed with needed supplies like paper products and cleaning items. We enjoyed the pool, back deck and grilling area. We were very pleased with this reservation!

This is my second time staying at this lactation in Kanab and it was perfect both times. Chuck was great and able to add an extra day for us when our plans changed. I loved having the pool and hot tub close to the patio and balcony. Walking distance to the trails made for nice morning and evening walks. Kanab is beautiful!

Property was as described in the listing, well stocked with dishes, kitchen ware, towels, bedding etc. The complex looks nicely cared for and was quiet and Chuck's unit is just a few steps from the pool. The unit inside was clean and had everything we needed, lots of room to spread out and relax. All the appliances look new, appreciated the wifi and washer dryer with laundry soap supplied, huge closets, lots of hangers. Chuck really had everything there, fresh bars of soap in the closet, a few games, a small tool kit, I even noticed a pack n play crib. We didn't need anything from Chuck during our stay, he gave all the information we needed a few days before our arrival, including very detailed instructions on how to locate and enter the unit. Any correspondence we had he was quick to respond with full answers.

Easy to book, super accommodating host (we were able to extend our stay one day at the last minute). Directions clear, entry into unit clear, lots of “extras” in unit. The location was our home base as we explored Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyon National Parks. Kanab is a super location and a great vacation town with easy access to restaurants and groceries. Do plan ahead - many restaurants are closed on Sunday 😊

We stayed for 4 nights while hiking and sightseeing in the area. It was great to have a whole condo with kitchen for cooking our own food and washer/dryer for laundry. This unit had everything that we needed!

This townhouse was the best! It had everything a family would ever need or want in a home. It was very clean and inviting. Our group of six had plenty of room to relax after visiting the national parks. Chuck made himself available and was easy to communicate with- I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Zion or Bryce.

This is a wonderful location/home base to visit the surrounding National Parks. The townhome was very comfortable and quiet with beautiful red rock views surrounding the property. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent pillows! We enjoyed the pool just steps off the patio. We stayed a week with no issues. A great place for a family vacation. My only suggestion would be a TV in the master bedroom.
