Nestled in Lake Norman, this lovely house for $675 per night is a great option for your next vacation. August 2020 Just rated by charlotteagenda.com one of the 16 cool places to stay within 200 miles of Charlotte! This beautiful custom built home in 2016 has all the amenities you will need for a wonderful stay. 5 bedrooms all with direct TV and USB charging stations, 3 king beds, 1queen bed and 2 bunk beds with trundles. 3.5 bathrooms an open living space and kitchen with stunning lake views, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchen, screened porch with outside dining, comfortable beds, fresh linens, towels and beach towels as well. Out door activities include, paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards and a kayak all included and so much more. Swim in the lake off the end of your private pier, or relax and fish the day away, fish are abundant right off the dock. Dock can accommodate your boat (s)or rent one from the many vendors on the lake. Enjoy a relaxing evening down by the water and your own private fire pit, wood included. Purchased in the Fall of 2018 and is family owned and operated. Pet friendly with additional charge (backyard fenced in to the water on all sides) If you have multiple pets please call and we will work it out. You will love our home and this is one of the quietest spots on the lake. Open water views and the benefit of a large calm cove to paddle board and kayak the days away, you will love it! From May 29- sept 4th, 7 day minimum stay Saturday-Saturday, 4 day minimum all other times. Please email if you have any questions or need clarification on anything, we will work with you. Excellent vacation at an excellent property! The owner (Michael) was great to work with and made our experience really outstanding. House was clean, modern, plenty of amenities and lake toys (kayak, paddle boards, tubes). Really nice dock for swimming. Location was great to easily reach food options either by boat or car. Two refrigerators/freezers was much appreciated for our family of eleven. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We brought our boat and loved having our own dock. Another huge plus was having kayaks and paddle boards available for our use. The kids used them a ton! I would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed an awesome week at the lake! The home was warm and inviting with its beautiful furnishings and was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. Great family vacation
My family really enjoyed the stay at Southern Breeze. House was very clean and large enough to accommodate our family for the vacation. The only negative was that the picture of the dock did not accurately represent the dock, as when we got there, there were jet skis on one side and we had to dock our boat on the other, so it didn’t leave any room as an actual swim platform. But besides that, highly recommend and would stay again!

The water toys were great and we used them nearly daily. There were plenty of games to play inside during breaks from the sun and plenty of outside games to play too. The fire pit was well built and we used it a couple of times for making smores.

Great location right on the lake
My wife and I stayed here with both of our families and we couldn't have had a better time. Michael's place was beautiful and well kept, and if we needed anything he was a quick text away. The house was in an awesome location on the lake and had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!

There is a nearby Sam's Club or Publix for grocery needs, grill outside, fire pit with wood for evening fires, fishing gear, etc. The owners have thought of most things and provided them to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
In summary, amazing place, amazing stay. We'll be back for sure.

We had a great week at an awesome property! Great location on the lake and the house was perfect! Clean, roomy and everything you need! The owner was awesome and was available anytime we needed anything! Even the neighbors were some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. I would highly recommend this property! You won’t regret it!

Great family vacation!!
We had a fantastic family vacation on Lake Norman! The home was exactly as pictured in the photos. The owners had a welcome basket set out for us as well as everything we could possibly need at the house. The kids had a blast using the paddle boards and water toys!

Spring Break Getaway
We opted for a getaway to the lake in the Charlotte area for Spring Break and this place was perfect! Close enough to go to Charlotte but also far enough away to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy the calm and quiet of the lake. The owner was fabulous checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. The house is beautiful and fully stocked. We picked up the groceries we needed for the week and were set with everything else. The lake view is beautiful and with access to the lake from the backyard it was perfect. We would highly recommend this rental and have already talked about booking this house again for another getaway.

A wonderful week spent on the lake! The home was superb. All descriptions and pictures of the property were spot on. We loved our time on the water. Spent several nights in and made dinner. Kitchen was fully stocked and having the gas grill was very accommodating. Loved having the kayaks and wake boards to use daily. Thanks again Micheal for everything.

Great spot on the lake!
This house has every possible thing we needed aside from clothes and groceries. The fenced property was perfect for our pup, had amazing views and was extremely clean upon checking in. We were very happy with our selection!

A perfect space for a get together with friends. The stairs into the water from the dock made for very easy access, loved the fire pit, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

We recently booked this lovely home while in town for our daughter's college graduation. It was perfect in every way! We loved the layout of the home and its beautiful decor. Perfect for our family gathering! The view of the water was just amazing. Can't say enough about the accommodations and wonderful hospitality provided by the owner, Michael. It was just a fabulous experience every step of the way!

Most amazing place
From the moment we arrived the hustle and bustle of life simply slipped away. The kids had an amazing time on, and in, the water. The rooms were all spacious and the beds very comfortable. Amazing kitchen too. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Thank you Michael!
