Our holiday at Villa LeoMar was the best decision we could have made for our trip. We are a family of two adults and three children, and we all had a wonderful time.
The villa is located in a quiet and safe area, which is monitored at night. The sea is very close to the house and the beach is beautiful. There are also some lovely cafés and restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of options for enjoying the area. The entire house and property were completely private and exclusively for us.
In reality, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. It has a wonderful charm, with traditional Swahili-style architecture, furniture and décor.
The house has everything you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed having a coffee machine, washing machine, ice maker and even an oven, which we used regularly. When it was very hot, we used the air conditioning, but most of the time the fresh breeze was more than enough to keep us comfortable.
The pool was very clean and large and deep enough for adults to enjoy as well.
With a mosquito coil, we could comfortably sit and eat on the large terrace in the evenings without being bothered by mosquitoes.
We were also spoiled by the delicious food prepared by the cook, John. He even managed to impress our rather skeptical children! If you would like him to cook for you, we recommend arranging this with the owners in advance.
There are also some very cute and charming monkeys that regularly visit the garden. However, it is better not to feed them, as they can cause quite a bit of trouble in the kitchen if they get used to being fed.
What impressed us most, however, was Elizza, the incredibly friendly and always helpful housekeeper. We will miss her the most!!
We truly hope to come back to Villa LeoMar one day. It was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a beautiful, private and relaxing place to stay.

La villa a répondu au dela de nos attentes. Maison spacieuse, parfaite pour une famille de 5 personne. Parfaitement équipée, propre et décorée avec gout. Grand jardin avec superbe piscine, avec en prime la visite des singes tous les jours. Nous avons été accueillis par Eliza qui a été très réactive à nos sollicitaions. Quartier très calme et sécurisé à 10 minutes de la Plage.

It was a good place
I didn’t like that nobody was there to clean because we had kids with us.
The chef we got was the one doing the cleaning.
We also had to clean the pool by ourselves. You should change on this,please let the staff come and clean everyday.
