Recently painted throughout, this large living space showcases many floor to ceiling windows with great views, leading to an outside deck that runs the length of the home. A large hot tub and dining table complete this outdoor living space, perfect for a family gathering or quiet romantic dinner for two. A wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center with a 72 inch flat screen television, DVD and Stereo/CD in the living room make it a very inviting area for congregating. The living room flows into the open dining area with seating up to 10. Additional bedding with a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a full service laundry and mud room off of the kitchen, with a separate entrance leading from the front door. There are three large bedrooms in this property. A large master bedroom, with en suite bath, that features both a king bed and fire place is located on the main floor. Newly installed custom closets will make the guests feel right at home. There is a private deck off of this bedroom with a small bistro table, perfect for a quiet cup of coffee and catching up on the day's news. There are two bedrooms, each with their own bath, located on the lower level accessible by a short flight of stairs. The junior master suite features a king bed and twin day bed. The second large bedroom has two "captain's bunk beds," which is a queen over twin format. This room also has an additional twin bed. All of the bedrooms have updated mattresses and bedding, as well as new locally-inspired art. A two-car garage is located in the property for guest use. In winter, we recommend 4WD vehicles due to the grade of the driveway.
