Staff was sincerely helpful and friendly.
Proximity to GTNP. Road work closed a crucial route but when that is finished, it will be fast to get into the park. Saw a beautiful black bear wander thru the well manicured property.
Breakfast sausage was not edible because it was hard and impossible to cut. Extremely overcooked.

The location is great and gives you easy access to the National Park early in the morning. Parking is easy to find and free. Several restaurants nearby. Pool looked great but we didn't have time to try it.
The on-site coffee shop was understaffed when I visited on Friday at 7:30 a.m., which was disappointing given that it was peak season. No one was serving the tables, and several customers either gave up while waiting in line or sat for a long time without being helped. The cappuccino was very good, especially the milk, but the service could have been much better organized.

Loved that it is away from downtown Jackson so you can enjoy the beauty and peace of the mountains. Close to the Grand Teton entrance, even though it was closed for some road work.

Location and restaurant were excellent
They forgot to clean our room one day. The ski storage wasn’t sufficient. Staff wasn’t helpful.
