THE COMPLEX HAS NEW TREX DECK FLOORS AND VINYL RAILS, BALCONY HAS VINYL RAILINGS TOO. Deck dividers provide more privacy. All 3 bathrooms were upgraded in the fall of 2019. New Up and downstairs wood flooring and Interior repainted Spring 2020. This 1200 square foot townhome Is in a complex of only 14 total units in Seagrove Beach. No units above or below you. Away from the high rise crowds (Mid way between Destin and Panama City)and just steps to the beach. An early morning walk or a sunset stroll provides breathtaking views, or just sit on the deck and watch dolphins play in the calm, warm emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf. The clean white sand is easy on the toes even on the hottest of days.
Our townhome is beautifully furnished. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and granite or marble vanities in all the bathrooms.
Should you choose to enjoy a private dinner at home, the unit has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and cabinets. If eating out is more to your liking, there are several fabulous restaurants within minutes, along with some great seafood markets that will steam your fresh shrimp with your favorite seasoning.

New wood floors in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a relaxing resort beach feel with a new Kind bed and full en suite bath, Flat Screen TV. The master balcony provides a great view of the Gulf.
The second bedroom has twin bunks, a Queen bed and full en suite bath, Flat Screen TV. Room darkening shades for those sleep late mornings.
The living area has a new couch and new swivel barrel chairs, new Flat Screen TV, WiFi. Words can't describe the view from this room. Unobstructed view of the beach and very easy access. Clean and comfortable living conditions. Great communication with owner and amenities include beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Will definitely stay again! Its also tucked away from noise but close enough to main county hwy 30A thats gets you access to everything you can think of in 20min.

We enjoyed everything about this townhouse. From the immediate welcome from the owner after booking, to the easy beach acess, to the fully stocked home with all the necessities making lighter packing for us. You will not regret renting this home!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was as advertised and in the perfect location. We loved being a little off the beaten path but still close to restaurants and shops. It’s just a short walk to the beach. Steve was very responsive. We’ll be back!
