Cynthia's condo was top notch! The views arw spectacular, the condo is spacious, cozy and private, and i enjoyed the decor. Cynthia was very accommodating and informative. Will definitely be staying again next trip!

Great place with excellent views! Check in was effortless and the condo was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. This was our first time visiting Chincoteague and we will definitely be back!

Unit was clean and quiet with beautiful views to the north and west. We could watch the sun set every evening and also got to watch dolphins swimming in the channel a couple of times.
Easy walk to shops and restaurants on main street.
Also used the swimming pool a couple of times (Hurricane Lee was offshore, so the surf was really rough at the beach.)
All in all, a great experience.

Perfect spot with awesome water views. Guests are required to wash the bed sheets before leaving, which seems a bit over the top considering the hefty cleaning fee. Other than that everything was awesome

The porch was perfect for sitting and watching boats and wildlife go by with fantastic sunsets. It’s walking distance to restaurants and cute theater where they happened to have a juggling performance (the kids loved it!). Highly recommend staying here.

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped condo that is right on the water. This is our third visit, the first in winter. The views out over the bay are spectacular. And the proximity to the beach and wildlife refuge cannot be beat.

Bay views from every room!
The views from every room were simply amazing!! The pool is just a walk down the stairs which was great for the kiddos. We had a wonderful stay and bathrooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely view but doesn’t sleep 7, comfortably,, no WiFi or TV, Post-It notes all over, cleaning expectations too high. Not adequate seating for 7 on the deck. The owner was in contact but intrusive. This would be adequate for 2 couples and 2 children.

The condo was beautifully decorated. The view was one of the best I have ever had. We watched many sunrises and sunsets on the wrap around balcony. The front King bedroom with bathroom is nicer than a hotel. We had our extended family with elderly and toddlers and everyone loved it. The location was great - right next to middle of town and cute shops and great restaurants - Ropewalk, Don’s Seafood, etc. Ten minute drive to the beach. We took an island boat tour with Captain Dan down the street who was great. The pool was closed because of COViD but looked very nice when in use. The whole trip was very serene and the accommodations definitely made the trip.

Beautiful condo with amazing channel views. The owner was very good with communication. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few small maintenance items but they did not detract from the experience.
This is a VRBO and each one is different in terms of what is supplied. Even if you book through orbitz I'd recommend checking the original listing for details to avoid surprises.

Chincoteague Island in October
The condo is huge! Every window looks over the water. We loved the dolphins swimming by and the gorgeous sunsets. Plenty of room for a family or 2-3 couples. Communication from the owner is excellent.

Splendid Views
This property does have the splendid views it advertises as well as the desirable location. It is furnished more like a home than like most beach condo summer rentals. This can be quite delightful. As a small caveat: Families with young children should be advised that throughout the condo there is artwork and there are breakable collectibles that they may wish to put out of reach of small hands.

We had a wonderful visit to Chincoteague.
Our Stay at the Sunset Bay Villas was perfect. The place was clean, cozy, and the views of the bay we’re beautiful, whether your on the the porch or looking at the bay from inside. Location, location, location. Cynthia was great with answering any of my questions. And check in was super easy. I highly recommend her place at the Sunset Bay Villas.

Girls Weekend
Went down during Hurricane Dorian. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early so we were able to stay “in” for the rest of the storm. Each bedroom offered beautiful water views. There are restaurants, bars, shopping all within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back.

Great Stay in Chincoteague
My family and I had a great time on the island and the location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of coffee shops and a book store and right down the street from Maddux Ave where all the action happens!! This property also offers great views. It has a wrap around outdoor deck that just lets you relax and enjoy the wildlife and passing boats. Overall great time and great property!

Great Views!
We had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend this property and Cynthia as a host. The location is fantastic, has great views, and is within walking distance of some great restaurants. The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable.
Towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper were all provided (at least for our stay). Bring your own body soap and shampoo as they are not provided. Cynthia is very responsive and considerate, so just text or use VRBO to message her if anything comes up.
My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to look into more comfortable patio furniture. I know it has to be durable to withstand the winds, but it was so beautiful on the patio that we ended up spending most of our downtime there, and we could have enjoyed it even more with some cushions and/or larger, more comfortable seating!
