Pacosa Springs getaway. Our unit was right on Pagosa Lake with views of lake And the mini pal borders kayakers and boaters as well as the geese and ducks that were swimming by. Very relaxing.

We were looking for the perfect getaway and found it.

We had a wonderful timer at this cute little VRBO. The home was not only clean, but the owner thought of all the little details to make it a perfect getaway for us. We absolutely loved the view and proximity of the lake and even brought our kayaks. Ray, the owner, was a pleasant surprise. He was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions of places to go. We will be back!

First, Ray was an amazing host. He always answered his cell phone and even helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The property was spotless and very comfortable for me, my husband and our two 13 year old sons. We went skiing and it was absolutely amazing and perfect and had everything we could have wanted in a vacation stay. Thank you so much Ray for letting us stay at your property. I hope we are able to make it back in the near future.

Great place to stay in the winter if you're going skiing nearby, like our group of four did. Beautiful view of the pond from the windows and a porch that's great for hot drinks on cold winter nights. You could see the Milky Way in the sky from the pier. Mind your step on the stairs up to the property, and be sure to call Ray in advance on the day you check-in, especially in the winter; the cold weather can cause issues with the electronic lock.

Beautiful, Peaceful place to stay. My only disappointment is some ridiculous HOA rules wouldn't allow us to swim in lake. However fishing is OK and we caught a few. Fantastic base to set out and explore the amazing scenes and attractions nearby. So glad I stayed here versus some stuffy hotel room.

The apartment on Lake Pagosa was perfect for a couple and Ray was an excellent host. We had plenty of room, all the amenities we needed and access to an outdoor kitchen. The entire neighborhood is lovely and close to anything you want to do. We will be back!

The Martinez property was great! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. It was cold when we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the lake but I think it would be awesome in warmer weather. We would love to go back and stay in the summer. The check-in process was great and Ray was easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this property.

I booked the property pretty last minute, just two days before I was expected to arrive. Ray was very friendly and gave me a call to go over the check-in process which was very simple! I appreciated the run down he gave me of the area as I had never been there before. The property was clean, warm, and perfect as a base during my three days of skiing. Will definitely come back.

Good communication with the host is a secure feeling when you are in an unfamiliar area (CHECK!!) Having all appliances, including washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, Direct TV, all available while here is a huge benefit---just bring your food, drinks and clothes (CHECK). Ray, the owner, takes great pride and I do believe this is an act of service for him. We took our 7 year old son to this wonderful property. It was super clean and a beautiful, peaceful place on the lake. We caught huge rainbow trout and saw some beautiful fall colors. Ray was an exceptional host. He was very kind to us and was very knowledgeable about all things Pagosa. We will definitely be back! Thanks Ray.

To sum it up, Ray’s place is absolutely amazing! He was so nice and helpful from booking our stay to leaving. His place is so beautiful and he has a little piece of heaven right on Lake Pagosa. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we would need. We appreciate his delicious recommendations on restaurants too! Don’t miss out on booking your stay here! You won’t regret it!

My wife and I stay in quite a few vacation rentals. This on is our all time favorite. No only is the property beautiful, clean and comfortable by Ray is an outstanding host. My wife caught her first trout, 1 16" rainbow off the dock there. We will definitely be back.
