Situated in Salt Lake City, this attractive condo for $115 per night is a great option for your next break. Bright & beautiful 1 bedroom downtown condo with full bath, laundry & kitchen. 20 mins on Trax from the SLC airport. Easy walk to Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall and Vivint SmartHome Arena. Professionally cleaned every time. A cozy, peaceful, great downtown spot! There is a coffeemaker and a microwave in the kitchen. The living area includes a TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+, DVD player and misc movies. High-speed wireless internet is included. The bathroom comes stocked with blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap and clean towels. You will also find detergent and dryer sheets on top of the washing machine if you need to do some laundry! Guests have access to the whole condo. There is one secured parking space, and a short walk to public transportation (Trax and bus line). Temple Square and City Creek mall are within walking distance 2 blocks away. The condo is very close to I-15 with easy access to ski resorts in less than 40 minutes (such as Park City or Cottonwood Canyon). There is a Smartlock on the door, so you can check in at your convenience! The code is changed between each guest, so you can trust you will be safe and secure during your stay. Generally speaking this is a very popular space with around 100% occupancy, so check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am in order for the cleaners to prepare for the next guest. But if you need to check in earlier or check out later please contact me and we can work something out! I love this place! It's in a fantastic, charming Salt Lake City neighborhood. Right at the edge of downtown, it feels quiet and peaceful while still being close to the energy of the city. Five minute walk to downtown Salt Lake City. One block from the BLUE & GREEN Trax line- the closest stop is the Temple Square Station. The Green Trax line takes about 20 minutes and is very easy to maneuver. It's a few dollars for a one-way, direct trip from the Airport to the condo. Salt Lake City is a pretty conservative town and the other tenants are sensitive to the smell of smoke in or near the building. If you would like to smoke I would just ask that you do so farther away than you normally might. The Maverick next door is a great option- they have outdoor benches and it's a great spot for people watching!

My partner and I had an amazing time at this property. It was very clean, the perfect size for the two people, and cozy. More importantly, Maren was an incredible host. So nice and quick to respond to any messages during our stay. We had everything we needed, including a free and safe parking spot, blankets, space heaters, and towels! I would definitely recommend this property/host to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

The condo is located very close to the convention center. The check in process was easy, and the host was very responsive to questions. While the building is a bit older and not in perfect repair, the condo itself was clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and a selection of spices and cookware. I’d stay here again!

I visited Salt Lake City for a conference. This stay was perfect since it was walking distance from the Salt Palace Convention Center. Everything was just as described. I would definitely book again.

Overall, this was a perfect place to stay especially if you’re looking to enjoy everything downtown has to offer. It was in such an easy and safe walking distance to restaurants, event centers, and the quick trip to the gas station next door for last night snacks. The apartment was clean and well kept. It had all the items we needed while we stayed. The property manager was wonderful and very accommodating to us to make this a very smooth trip. We appreciated it so much.

Maren is a lovely hostess. Very communicative and kind. The apartment is well located and sitting the downtown free zone for public transit. This is the right choice for my week working from my company’s SLC office. Note that the stove is electric.

The apartment is very dated except for bathroom. Floors creek when you walk. Bed is worse - can’t move with a lot of noise. Mattress and pillows need replaced. Perfect location however! Convenient check in and out. Owner is very responsive. Decor is cute. Rug was dirty!

It was great! I hope you got my email when we left around 11am. My email said it was delivered till after 2! I am sorry, if that happened. You were awesome. The tv would not connect to internet though. It seemed to far from router? We watched a movie from your collection. All in all 5 stars. I will be recommending this unit to stay in.

The unit was very clean except for the coffee maker that had old moldy coffee in it. You had a bit of a walk to get into the unit lugging your things from where you park, especially if you are handicapped. Great location for the Family Search library. Gas station right next door for snacks etc.

We needed a place to stay for a couple nights in Utah. The listing of this property looked like it would suit our needs for this trip. We spent most of the time away but while we were there, it wasn’t good. The place seriously needs to be deep cleaned. That kind of dust and dirt don’t accumulate over a couple days. Baseboards, top of fridge (which is eyes level) EVERYTHING in the kitchen was sticky and there was a used sponge for cleaning. Other peoples hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever slept in. Lots of activity outside including homeless folks hanging out out front. Some college (?) kids partying and broken glass in the common drive way. The living space could be cozier if there were a table to put a drink down. We ended up using the barstools for that. The last night I awoke at 4:00 am thinking someone was breaking in but it was the neighbor going to work. Thin walls. Sorry, just wasn’t for us.

Over all the stay was good and we wouldn’t mind staying again. Pros: the location is awesome. You can easily walk to down town, temple square, a jazz game, etc. The shower is large and has a great shower head. Locked/gated parking space. Right next to a Maverick for a quick snack or drink. Host was easy and fast to communicate with. Cons: If you want to watch TV while in bed bring a lap top, no TV in the bedroom. We also had problems with the WIFI and weren’t able to stream anything the first night. If you are a light sleeper it might not be your pick, since you are down town you can hear all the traffic (we didn’t mind). Also there was a garbage bag left outside our door when we arrive so the place did smell a little funky for a bit after we took the trash outside to the dumpster. Over all a 4/5 stay!

It was a little more difficult to get to and from the apartment that I like. (From car to front door. Parking is tight and it was really busy when we arrived.). The apartment isn’t as nice as the photos. But it is a good/ok place to stay.

Having a dedicated parking space is very convenient. The host, Maren is very helpful and responsive. The internet struggled with streaming which was a bummer, but overall this is a great place to stay in downtown Salt Lake City.

After several long days of driving, it was nice to put the car in park and tour Salt Lake City on foot. This location is very convenient to all the Temple Square and City Center attractions. Who knew that the Great Salt Lake was at an all time low water level (not us).

Nice condo for a weekend getaway. As other reviews have mentioned, there are some things that could be fixed up to make it feel a little less dated, but the location is amazing! Easily can walk to everything you need. The host was very helpful and communicative during the check in process.
