The condo is completely renovated with New Flooring, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Doors, LED Lights, Paint and Furniture. Unit has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths plus sofa bed (True 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Unit) This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets Unit Our condo is located on the Top floor of Seapointe Village's - Acclaimed Gardens Building & has spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves with 1110 square feet of living space, this two bedroom unit comfortably accommodates a family. Gardens Building is centrally located and private beach, kid's pool as well as playgrounds (tennis/basketball courts/swings/fire pit etc..) are easily accessible. Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian CAPE MAY. Seapointe Village is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach. 24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, toddler pools, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach. Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October. Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapoint Village is the bridge leading to Cape May. In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the flat screen TV with many cable channels and a Blue-Ray DVD player is a great place for the family to gather. The Dining Room seats 5 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area. The Master Bedroom has a King-Size bed and a small sitting area. A spacious master bath with a standing shower is located within the Master Suite. There is a private sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. This room has its own TV with many cable channels. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has sliding door leading to the ocean view balcony. This room has its own TV with many cable channels, too. The second bathroom is right outside the bedroom. Linens and towels are provided. The condo has its own laundry room with a large washer and dryer. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.. We had a great time in spite of the weather! Wish a map of the property was available to assist with the layout of the complex;where to park etc….also wished each bedrooms’TV had Comcast cable. Overal it was a great place to stay!

Beautiful property and very nice condo. Lots of amenities such as pools, courts, workout room, playground, grills, fountains, fire pits, etc on property. Gorgeous landscaping. Great location, short, nice walk to beach and long cart path out across beach. Condo was nicely decorated. Bathrooms were spacious and clean and convenient to have washer/dryer in unit. Loved the tall ceilings, lots of light, high view out of windows and balcony. Bed was comfortable. Quiet building and convenient access to garage on lower level. The floors did not appear to have been cleaned or vacuumed. The unit could have used more lamps & bedside lights as the only lights were the overhead ceiling lights which were very bright at night. Could have used another mirror or 2 around the condo. Owner was quick to respond. We very much enjoyed our stay!! Would definitely stay here again.

One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed in USA. I was here for a week in May and just came home today (September ). Love no commercial business, just bedrooms if you will. Very quiet and love it is gated . The landscaping/vegetation was gorgeous. Workers keeping it beautiful & cleaned up daily. Always lifeguards at multiple pools and they check for the bracelets, so it is just the residents and guests. , Evenings we had lovely chats at the two firepits and many hot tubs too. Great fitness rooms and clean wide beach. Loved the “trash shute” by elevators. Awesome that you access the deck from both bedrooms & living room. The parking garage is great and having the hotel carts to take items up/down a major plus. We came for a wedding and had the girlfriends just 3 nights of the week and had plenty of space.

You can't beat Seapointe Village if you are going to the Wildwood Crest / Diamond Beach area, and this property was filled with light, roomy for a 2-bedroom, and totally modernized. There was some wear and tear visible throughout the unit, but it was generally quite nice. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows all looked brand new. Could use a few more cooking utensils and bowls in the kitchen, and the streaming/internet was fairly slow. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and the complex had everything we needed. There were always seats available at the pool. The beach was a quick walk with a hard path the majority of the way which made it easy to push a cart and for kids to walk. There’s also miniature golf within walking distance along with coffee and ice cream. Would definitely recommend!

I was told this was a fully furnished rental. However, upon arrival no toilet paper, paper towels, detergent. It was never detailed as to what was not included. Property pools, grill was not open. You would think after Memorial day all facilities would be open. Also, apparently the homeowners are not fans of rentals as we were treated rudely and also someone placed a bag of dog poop in our truck and no food on property. For the money you pay not worth it!

This is our 4th year staying here and it never disappoints. The unit is absolutely beautiful and fully remodeled. The complex is amazing with so many pools and a clean private beach that never gets crowded. The grounds are so well kept with a friendly staff. I would recommend this unit and this complex to anyone- singles, couples, families… it is universally appealing. We had a wonderful stay.
