Accommodates sleeping for up to 34 guests. AIR CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT! All guests must supply their own linens, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, and personal toiletries. Due to the age of the property, we STRONGLY encourage an on-site inspection in order to answer questions or for full assurances regarding the condition and features of this rental property. There are four total floors in the the Big House; the Ground Floor and an Upper Cottage portion (with three floors) The GROUND level ( floor one ) features 3 bedrooms, and 2 FULL bathrooms without any steps to navigate. Hosts a Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Area with a 52' flat screen. The UPPER three floors feature 6 large bedrooms and 6 private FULL bathrooms, a Large Great Room with a 52' flat screen, Plus a Breakfast Room for morning coffee , etc. Three Off-Street Parking Spaces, usually good on-street free parking to be found. COMCAST / HDTV / Xfinity Wi-Fi enabled. EERO EXTENDERS INCLUDED TO MAXIMIZE CONNECTIBILITY One Block to STARBUCKS Close to shopping, restaurants, churches, Host Family Reunions, Retreat Weekends; a getaway with friends; and other celebrations! Extended family with young children
Multiple levels so each couple/nuclear family could have their own space, with a common kitchen level on ground floor. Window a/c units in each room, bathrooms seem recently redone. Lots of TV’s (pro or con depending on your thoughts about screen time with kids, but there’s so much other stuff to keep them occupied). Only downside was no access to kitchen level from inside the house, we walked up and down the front porch stairs. Kitchen is spacious, open to a dining area and living area, well equipped. Owner nearby and extremely responsive. Quick walk to the beach, even with young kids and ALL THE STUFF. Families with very young kids may need to bring childproofing stuff for stairs, gas stove knobs, etc. and consider if early morning or late afternoon light will disturb nap or bedtime routines - windows all have blinds but plenty of light still gets through. The town itself and beach and boardwalk were great. Aviation Museum in Cape May was a great rainy day activity.

The house has plenty of space and was definitely clean enough for what we were looking, and the amount of beds was amazing. Location is right in the middle of Ocean City, and the neighborhood was very nice. Overall great experience and recommend renting.

We booked with Nelson and his amazing home. Our exceptions were exceeded. Nelson was very accommodating and made the process of renting very simple. The home was very clean and tidy. Perfect stay for our big group
This location was perfect for our group of 12. We had plenty of space to spare, and the property had all the amenities we could have asked for. We appreciated the use of the grill, which we used to cook big group dinners on multiple nights. The location is a short walk from the beach and all other parts of town anyone would need to access. Nelson was extremely communicative and helpful both before and during our stay. He is very kind and so welcoming to those who are fortunate enough to visit.

Great place for a large group gathering
Had Plenty of room for a large group ( our group of around 18 people). Bathrooms were clean. Bedrooms had enough beds to accommodate everyone. Very close to the ocean city boardwalk. Nelson is a very good host and attends immediately to your needs. He allowed us to stay as long as we needed and was not particular about the checkout time. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group.

Beautiful GIrl Scout Weekend
Communication with Nelson was very easy. As he suggested in his property information, it is helpful to visit the property if possible before booking because of the age of the property. It may not be luxurious but it is very clean, huge and great location. Our girls enjoyed picking out their bedrooms and bunk beds and of course staying up late. We hope to stay again at Nelson’s property. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the house.

Enjoyed our stay. Great host. Nice setup for groups. Outside entrance for the upstairs was an issue for us because we had several young children going in and out after dark. Otherwise an A OK.

WHAT THE BIG HOUSE NEEDS
Nelson, the owner is really nice and attends immediately to your needs. The ground floor needs a lot of fixing especially the furnitures. The chairs outside and inside need replacement so with pots and pans. The knives have to be sharpened or provide a sharpener. There's no rice cooker which I think should be available because the Big House is meant for big groups. Not everybody knows how to cook rice manually. The Bedrooms though are all okay except, there's no steps to go the upper beds. The Bathrooms are clean. The remote controls are not compatible with the TVS, so we couldn't turn off the TV when you sleep and when you leave the room. The carpets have to be replaced too. The door knob on the 1st level has to be replaced, there's no door knob and it is so hard to unlock it. Since the house is so big and always have a big number of occupants, Nelson has to provide at least 3 sets of keys. Nelson has to do a lot of renovation and upgrades especially the Ground Floor because FIRST IMPRESSION ALWAYS LASTS. Last, since her sister is occupying the 2nd door of the 1st level, he should put the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN because not everybody will know she is there, and each time somebody tries to open it, Nelson has to call us and remind not to knock or try to open the room.
