Located in Inlet Beach, this charming house for $285 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Inlet Beach House is an unique property located in the historic neighborhood of Inlet Beach. The Modernist-inspired design features a light-filled open floor plan that is an art-lover's dream. Small by design, the home is well-suited for a couple's romantic getaway or a small family's beach vacation. We are tucked away on a large, lovely lot at the end of a private drive, nestled among saw palmettos, white pines, sand live oaks, bay trees, and magnolias, providing our guests plenty of space from other homes, perfect for social distancing. NOTE: We communicate with all guests before we accept a booking to make sure that our home is the right fit for your party. Our property is not suitable for young children under twelve years old. PLEASE - before you make a payment, read the full description herein and check out our pet policy below, and then send us an email with the number of folks in your party, a guarantee that no one in your party smokes or vapes, and, your age(s), and, if applicable, the age of children, and breed, age, sex, and weight of your dog. Located in a small neighborhood at the east end of 30A and Hwy 98, Inlet Beach House is on the "beach side" of 30 A, easy to access, and convenient to shopping. You won't have to fight the traffic of 30A, but you can get right on the beach road to cruise the Emerald Coast if you desire. The natural vegetation and large lot afford guests a private, quiet setting, just a short walk to the beach. The amenities of Rosemary Beach -- shopping, dining, and people watching -- are one block away. Pet Policy - one dog considered, no cats: We love dogs -- and we would like to welcome yours , as well, provided it meets our requirements. We must approve your dog in advance; it must be at least two years old, with a weight limit of 40 pounds, and be non-shedding or very light-shedding. Not all breeds are allowed. Other restrictions may apply, so please be in touch. We may require an additional refundable Pet Deposit depending on the breed of your pet to cover any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets. The 2-story house has an open floor plan and sleeps a maximum of four. Large windows on the south side of our home frame guests' views of the sunrise through the branches of sand pines and live oaks. The first floor has queen sized bed with a Tempur-Pedic topper on a Sleepwell brand firm mattress. This "mistress" suite has a walk-in indoor/outdoor wet room and shower with a European style soaking tub. The guest room/yoga studio, accessible by a spiral staircase, has a full bath (walk-in shower) and doubles as a yoga studio or meditation room. Guests enjoy private access to the sunset deck, with treetop views toward the Gulf (a block away) and glimpses of emerald water. What a terrific spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The guest room features a West Elm mid-century futon. When converted to a bed, the futon, with quilted topper, is the length of a queen bed and a few inches narrower than a full; as such, it is best for one large adult or two small adults or teens. For folks who are used to a queen or king size bed, it may feel cramped. The guest room does not have a door at the top of the spiral staircase, in keeping with the "loft-style" open floor plan of our home. In addition to the eat-in kitchen, Inlet Beach House has a screened dining porch on the first level and a large patio with a gas grill. For beach goers, we provide a beach wagon and beach towels. Numerous local vendors (easily found with a Google search or at 30A.com) will deliver and set up lounge chairs and/or umbrellas on the beach, a convenient option for guests. During the summer months, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach at the Wall Street Access, just around the corner from our house (credit cards only). Bike rentals are available as well in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and all along State Highway 30-A. See options on the web at 30A.com. Inlet Beach House is privately managed by a local woman who, like the owners, is a stickler for details. You will get prompt assistance if needed. We welcome guests for 4 or more nights depending on the season, with the exception of holiday weeks, summer, or spring break weeks when we may require a 7 day rental. We strictly maintain the 4 person maximum at our home. We have exterior video cameras for your and our home's safety. Inlet Beach House is a one-of-a-kind gem. Standing in contrast to the gigantic houses being built up and down 30A, our property is perfect for our lifestyle, and perhaps yours -- stylish, yet reasonable in size, with an eye toward modernist design. Beautiful well thought out vacation home! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach.The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It is just a short walk to the beach access. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the location where there are so many houses built right next to each other we felt like we were the only home in the area! We can’t wait to return!

The house was an easy walk to the beach. It was very stylishly decorated and was able to easily fit 4 adults. There are no doors for the bedroom downstairs or the loft so if you absolutely require privacy, this may not be a good fit. The sofa bed upstairs was comfortable for a 5'6 and 5'8 couple, but if you're any taller then it may not be quite so cozy. We enjoyed dinner in the enclosed patio downstairs and the fresh breeze was very lovely. If you're looking for a cozy home near the beach, I would highly recommend this one!

We spent a wonderful week in inlet at this lovely home. The house is very clean, the property is surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We brought our bikes and having a shaded bike rack just off the driveway was nice. We biked into Rosemary every morning for breakfast. It’s an easy neighborhood cut-through to Rosemary…you don’t have to bike along main roads to get there. The beds were comfy and the kitchen supplied everything we needed. We went deep sea fishing one day and grilled our catch on the back patio and had everything we needed for a lovely dinner. The outdoor shower leading into the master shower was nice to have. We hope to stay at this beautiful home again someday. The only thing that would have made our week a bit easier (only because we have so much beach gear) would have been a golf cart. The home provides a wagon but we just have so much stuff like paddle board/boogie boards/beach toys. We rented chairs/umbrella on the beach for the week but if you don’t want to rent then bring your own and use the wagon provided. So thankful for our week spent in Inlet at this beautiful beach house!

What a great house! Beautiful simple modern home that is situated on private secluded property which we loved! The house is so comfortable, beautifully appointed, and has a great yoga studio and rooftop deck. Check in and check out was simple. Claire, the owner was quick to respond to our questions. The Inlet Beach House was perfect! The design and architecture of the house was beautiful and well suited for our stay. Easy stroll to the beach and close to great dining and other activities. Inlet Beach house is just as beautiful in person as in the pics, everywhere you look Claire and Bev paid attention to every detail. The space is impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is close to the beach and pretty centrally located to restaurants and shops in the town of Rosemary beach (walkable or by bike)…some even closer on 30A (the Donut Hole, Shades, and higher end places too!) Yes, there are rules, yes, be neat and yes, take care of their things (as you should if it was your house!) but Claire was very accommodating and checked in with us during our stay to make sure our experience in the house was great. This house was perfect for my family of 3. We would highly recommend and come back in the future! Thank you, Claire, Bev, and Kimberly (sweet cleaning lady)

What a lovely property and setting, stylish and upscale and fully outfitted with all we could wish for during our two-week stay. We have nothing but positive things to say about this home and our hosts. Tonight we feel sad that we had to leave this morning after two wonderful weeks in Inlet Beach, but can't wait to come back to this same gorgeous home in the future.

The house is exactly as described - perfect for a couples’ getaway, beautiful, and quiet. It is tucked away from the street which was nice to avoid being near any construction. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, walk to the beach, and walk to the restaurants in rosemary beach. It was also well equipped for cooking & sitting outside and we liked the bathtub. For other dog travelers, we weren’t bothered about bringing our dog to the beach as long as it was approved dog hours (before 8:30am and after 3:30pm). We did work remotely for a couple of days and it could be noted the wifi was weaker and slower than what we are used to and cell service in the area was basically nonexistent for us. We ended up making the wifi work for what we needed but something to consider.

Of all the short term rentals my partner and I have experienced, Claire and Bev's Inlet Beach hideaway has set the bar... and at a very high level. The property, location, and efficiency in communication... 10s across the board. Most important for us, it was the cleanest of rentals we've ever experienced. While some may have commented in past reviews of excessive house rules, my partner and I saw them as a safeguard we ourselves would likely require of guests of our own short term rental. Claire was quick to respond to the may emails I sent ahead of the trip and, while there, continued to promptly respond to any correspondence. We look forward to our next stay! Is it summer yet??

This property is so perfectly located, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, and yet is such a private oasis, tucked in the pines. We enjoyed the peaceful yoga room, the screened-in patio, sitting sitting on the outdoor patio surrounded by all the flora and fauna, and evenings out on the upstairs balcony with twinkle lights and a gentle breeze. We like to cook some meals, and this was the most well-appointed kitchen we’ve ever had in a VRBO property! We always bring lots of “extra supplies” from home, Luke paper products, spices, tinfoil, our french press, and literally didn’t need any of it on this trip! And communication with the property owners and manager was awesome - super personable and helpful. We have nothing but great things to say!

We had such an amazing time staying at Inlet Beach House. It was everything we expected and more. Beautifully decorated and perfect for friends or couples who want to relax and still be close to all the good restaurants and shops which are just a few minutes drive. The beach is a short couple of blocks away as well. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying at Inlet Beach House.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay, but with the stay came a ton of rules related to this property. We are used to travelling and staying in different places and keep a very tidy home, but we were a little thrown off by the extent at which the owners demand we follow all rules. This led to us being a little on edge to ensure we weren't breaking or violating rules while staying on the premises. Everything was within reason, but it would be my suggestion that the pots and pans be replaced with a "rental" set and "owner" set locked away. We feared cooking incorrectly and not cleaning appropriately, even though the pan we used was dirty when we got it down to reheat some food. The check in process was moderately easy but you needed an outdoor key to open the door that had a key in the bowl and the bowl key was to be used and the outdoor key replaced after initial use. Alarm set at all times made us feel like we had to be on guard even though we didn't break any rules. All in all we had a great time, I would say this property while large and fairly lavish is best for only two. Any more than that you are sleeping on college dorm type futons. The Murphy bed was pretty rough and my chiropractor took note on my stuff neck on my return home. We had a dog we could have brought but again the rules were so agressively against how we typically treat our pup (no couch time, couldn't sleep in bed with us, etc.), that we had a house sitter keep our little guy for the week we were gone. We will definitely be back to Rosemary Beach area but for a more relaxing stay we will seek out other properties where we aren't worried we might do something wrong to get charged for cleaning a pan incorrectly... We understand the need for rules but an extensive packet of rules seems a bit overkill for a rental.

This house is wonderful for 2-4 people. It's unique in that it's secluded off the road, has a very well-appointed kitchen, and has great amenities like an outdoor shower, patio, roof deck, and interesting design overall. Communication with Claire, the owner, was great leading up to our stay. I'd like to come back to this place even in the off season. I'm sure the outdoor patio and roof deck are delightful in the cooler months.

We greatly enjoyed staying at the Inlet Beach House! The communication with Claire and Kim were excellent. Checkin was a breeze. The location is very close to the beach as described. We used the beach cart once but found it easiest to drive to the beach, drop our chairs, beach bag and cooler off, and then walk back to the beach after parking at the house. We enjoyed checking out The Pearl Hotel area and the restaurants and shops nearby as well as exploring Santa Rosa, Seaside, and Grayton Beach areas. The house is really close to so much! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We all loved the outdoor shower and also the indoor shower where you can open the door up to the outside. The porch was nice for playing cards and having a cocktail in the evening. AC worked well and were very comfortable. Kitchen was great! Thanks for a great stay at Inlet Beach! PS. If you are looking for a boat trip, we used Adam @ Salty Mary Boat Charters for a private tour. He’s the owner and our family had a blast snorkeling, paddle boarding, and dolphin watching with him. We enjoyed seeing manatees as well. He gave my dtrs paddle board lessons and got in the water with us. Highly recommend! Nice guy too! Thanks again!

This VRBO experience was a dream from beginning to end. The pictures of the listing were amazing but honestly do not do to the property justice. It is incredible and had the most unique and beachy smell, in the best way possible. It is this somehow cozy yet modern beach home tucked away in the woods at the beach. All the interactions with the owner and property manager were positive and easy. The house is this little hidden gem at Inlet beach.

Most beach properties are close to other properties so there are typically other visitors always near. At Inlet Beach once you walk down the drive way you feel like your in the middle of nowhere. You only see dense vegetation and silence, it's just so private. I really enjoyed designe of home, it was very open and comfortable. I epically enjoyed the indoor/outdoor shower.

This home was perfect for our family and lifestyle. We have 11 year old twins who slept comfortably in the yoga loft. The kitchen is fully stocked and I enjoyed grilling locally caught fish and shrimp from the nearby market. We loved biking to the beach and to Rosemary. Communication with the owners is top notch. Our kids are accustomed to respecting a tidy home, so we had no issues with keeping the home in as good a condition as we found it-which was pretty much pristine. We love the home’s privacy, sunset deck, and open air shower. We will definitely be back!

We have been going to 30A for 20+ years and I have to say the Inlet Beach House was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We were looking for a place to celebrate our 40th anniversary and thought we would try someplace different. The house has everything you could want for your stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was great and the house was spotless!! The location was great - just around the corner and down the street from the beach. The beach area was great; not a crazy amount if people and we were there over spring break. We walked to Rosemary Beach several times which was nice as well. We took our our fur baby and he had a great stay!! Claire communicated with me several times before we arrived and the property manager communicated before our departure. I would highly recommend The Inlet Beach house!!

If you love the feel of “old” Florida, you will be blown away! A piece of heaven at Inlet Beach. It makes you feel like no one is around you. Beautiful landscaping and privacy. The house is unique and charming. Kitchen is stocked amazingly. Owner was so helpful and thoughtful throughout our trip.

We loved this remodeled home including all of the top notch appliances and cooking utensils. Perfect for a thanksgiving get away. Rosemary Beach is a short bike ride away and has a lot going on during thanksgiving week including a race thanksgiving morning. Sunset deck was a highlight!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Claire and Bev’s home! The space was well appointed and IMMACULATELY clean. I was raised in Norway, and so particularly enjoyed the European influenced decor - minimalist but still warm and inviting. The home is just a few minutes stroll from the beach - we rented bikes which we highly recommend if you’d like to explore nearby Rosemary, Aly’s Beach and Seaside, as parking can be tricky. The home is quiet and private. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck for morning coffee and sunset wine! We thought the outdoor shower was a fun feature but don’t forget your shampoo and conditioner as these are not provided. Couple of notes about the space, which are noted in the listing but are worth highlighting: while technically it can sleep 4, I would not recommend this for 2 couples. The bed is a Murphy sleeper open to the main living/kitchen area, so it affords no privacy. The mattress was adequately comfortable for me, but not for my “sturdy” 6’5” husband, so take heed if you are a larger individual. The owners obviously and understandably take pride in their lovely home, but it boasted the most extensive list of rules and requests of any rental I have ever stayed in. I would be nervous of small children tracking in dirt and sand which the owners caution against. It would suit conscientious adults perfectly though. The owners gave quick and collegial responses to inquiries and were extremely thorough in their directions and recommendations. Overall we highly recommend!

We loved the house...wow!! We had a couple of days where we had rain. We enjoyed the house, sat up on the deck upstairs and cooked some fresh fish from a local market. Speaking of that, the house is well stocked with most everything you need to prepare/cook. Beach is a quick walk and you can go a couple different ways to different access points to the beach. We will absolutely be looking to book again soon!!

There’s so much to love about the Inlet Beach House. Nestled at the end of a tree lined private driveway, this lovely modern sanctuary is your place of tranquility. We appreciated the architectural design, location to the beach, well stocked kitchen, pet friendly policy, and excellent communication with the host. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The sunset deck, offering cool breezes and sounds of the ocean, was our favorite place to unwind at the end of the day. We didn’t want to leave and are already plotting our return.

You turn into a long driveway with nothing but pines and wild flowers on either side, then emerge in front of a delightful, modern, nature-filled retreat to relax, read, cook, and take in the neighborhood from a covered rooftop deck. The beach is a 2 minute bike ride away ... 5 minutes if you choose to walk. And the town of Rosemary Beach is just a few steps further. Delightful. Will be back.

This house had all we needed without extra stuff lying around. It was super clean and easy to keep clean. It was in a fantastic, secluded location with easy access (a few blocks) to several beach entrances. My pup Izzy loved it too. We would definitely stay here again
