Nestled in Tempe, this charming villa for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Truly feel like your on Vacation at this Almost Completely Remodeled 2000 sq. ft. home On the water with a beautiful view, with over 5 miles of stunning shoreline and it's own Pontoon Boat. Clubhouse with 4 pickleball courts heated olympic size pool and much more . Three bedrooms with top of the line serta and seally cal king mattresses) Master has a top of the line sony 55 inch hd smart TV Second bedroom Has a 65 inch sony HD smart TV Three baths ( All with granite and marble. Master with double shower and bathtub ) The Kitchen has an amazing lake view with Granite Counter tops, Stainless steel Appliances and is fully equipped . Dinning room is off the kitchen overlooks the lake Living Room Has a 75 inch top of the Line Sony HD Smart TV. And a comfy sectional. Direct TV and high speed internet. DVD and book library Backyard is on the water with a Pontoon Boat The patio is very spacious with travertine marble tile and equipped with a large table that can seat 8. It Also has 3 patio lounge chairs. There is a small Putting Green W/ small chipping area, Webber BBQ, outdoor shower, And the patio furniture is Very comfortable TPT License: 21144854 All guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am The city prohibits music and loud noise during these hours.. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. Any fines will be passed onto the guests. This property is clean, comfortable, well supplied, and beautiful. We would stay here again. The area is safe, walkable, and has lots of activities at the accessible beach club. The restaurant on the lake was all outdoor seating, the staff attentive, and the food good. I Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay in Tempe area. We came for a baseball tournament and it was convenient to get to the various fields we needed to travel to. Neighborhood was nice and safe. House was perfect for our needs and Walt and his sister seemed to have thought of everything we could need from extra water to spices and instant coffee in the cabinet and towels and even fans (didn’t need as A/C worked fine!). I was able to work remotely for the week. WiFi worked well for video conference calls. I would stay here again if in the area! Highly recommend! Thanks again Walt!!

This was one of the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Plenty of paper goods, dishwasher and laundry detergents, etc. Beautiful view of the lake.

I loved staying at this home! Everything was so comfortable. The beds are great and the couch to watch tv on is great. Walt is so helpful and greeted us to give us the run down. We enjoyed everything this property offered and can’t wait to go back. Sitting on his back deck having morning coffee was exactly what I needed!

Awesome house and location
We loved the property and the convenience of the tennis club/pool and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house was large and well decorated. It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed, which was so nice. Having the pontoon to troll around on was really fun and our family was out on that a couple of times each day! I highly recommend booking this house!

The linens and towels were adequately stocked. Beds were of varying comfort levels.
Not what we would consider a “foodie” kitchen. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware and Teflon pans, but not much in the way of cooking supplies. We expected more than a few spices and old coffee maker. No blender or mixer.
Time for some maintenance and updates. Most of the overhead lights were missing bulbs or they were burned out. The pontoon boat awning and lights are held together with duct tape and bungee cords. Massage chair doesn’t work.

Great location and great amenities
The furnishings were comfortable, and everything you might need was supplied. The kitchen was very well equipped and printed instructions were easy to follow. One bed was less comfortable than the others, but good for someone needing firm support. The only issue we encountered was the internet going down frequently the last few days of our stay. It was a provider problem as the owner tried numerous times to get it restored.

We loved sitting on the back patio visiting and eating at the patio table that had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the Club house pool that is just down the street. The pontoon boat was nice addition but I was expecting it to be fully functional. (the steering is jerry rigged and the trolling motors are way under powered). Two additional issues that need repaired: two of the toilets need new tank fillers and all of the sliding glass door locks need to be repaired.

Stayed with 5 friends recently and the stay was wonderful. Walt's property was as advertised, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Plenty of supplies were made available. Walt was a great communicator and took care of a little electrical problem (we created) right away. Great location and easy morning walks for a coffee. Pontoon was a nice feature but could use a little larger motor - moves a little slow. We would certainly stay again if in the area.

Great location for us. Just down the street from our grandkids and close to grocery store, Walmart, gym and Mills mall with the aquarium and LegoLand. Also close to PHX. The boat was fun on New Years eve. We took a relaxing cruise around the lake and saw all the beautiful lights!

The house was very clean and comfortable! We had a little trouble with the tv downstairs and the outlets in the upstairs master bathroom. The plugins were loose and did not hold a cord.
