The location of the condo was terrific; just steps from the EagleBahn Gondola. We loved the beautiful mountain view and the balcony. Brandon was an attentive host and gave us all the information we needed, as well as promptly answering several questions in advance of our stay. This was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in; we had abundant toiletries; kitchen supplies; and paper goods, all from top brands. Overall outstanding!

Location was perfect, short walk to gondola. Clean and had what we needed for cooking, etc. garage level ski lockers were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location right by the bus so you can get into Vail Village quickly and a short walk to Eagle Bahn. Huge balcony and a free parking spot. A couple of small issues, the sauna is so tiny that most guys would not want to be in there solo and the shower head is so low in the second bathroom as if for kids only. The hot tubs in the complex were not properly chemically managed and we got temporary skin rashes/burns plus our bathing suits got bleached. Can't blame the owner and he did the right things to reimburse us but fortunately it did not get in our eyes. Other than those 2 things, great spot and I highly recommend.

Just as described online. Pics are accurate. Bed in master bdrm is a full/queen which was fine. Just so you know.... Very walkable to everything. Felt like we were right in the mix. Hot tub was great at the end of the day. Brandon the owner was very easy to communicate with and sent us all the info that we needed for a great stay. Thx!

We had such a great time. The weather was great but the trails were been better. This condo was exactly where we needed to stay for this trip. Parking was ideal and the hot tubs (2) were great. The manager of the complex was exceptionally helpful. The condo was fully stocked, linens were nice, kitchen/dining/living room area worked well for us to hang out, eat, and rest for the next day on the mountain. Best part of that area was the gas log fireplace The beds were great and the bathrooms were fully stocked and convenient. The storage area for our boards was perfect. Near the elevator/stairs so we were able to grab them and go. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the main gondola. Great trip. We will be back and will recommend to others.

Classic ski condo
Perfect location for a ski trip to Vail. Condo has everything you could need. Well equipped and spacious. It’s not a luxury condo. It’s dated but comfortable and functional.

Great Stay in Lionshead Village
Great stay in Lionshead Village, short 5 min walk to the slopes. Gorgeous view from the living room of the mountain (was not expecting that)! Only thing that was a bit strange was that there were only 4 towels total for the condo. If you have four people and are staying for more than a few nights, you may need to wash them (which is not free and on the ground floor). Would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Only 100 yards to the local market for easy shopping. Well stocked kitchen and incredible customer service from the facilities manager when our car battery died. We loved it and will be back.

We had a great time in this unit. Different heating zones was great to keep everyone happy. The Sauna was a delight to use. The management function was very limited.

Great location
Cozy 2 bedroom condo located at entrance to Lionshead Village and very short walk to Eagle Bahn gondola and ski school. Free garage parking and assigned locker for skis and snowboards are very convenient. Condo is a bit dated and small although the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. Guest room bath is very tight. Sauna accesible from guest bath interesting but we didn’t use it. Would have been nice to have a coat rack somewhere to hang our jackets. Would have preferred slightMy larger / more spacious condo but given location would have been far more expensive so a more than reasonable “trade-off”.

Great Location For Ski Trip
This was a great location for a family ski trip. Walking distance to Lionshead lifts and attractions. Plenty of room to relax and even a small sauna. The condo was very functional, but nothing fancy. Just a good place to stay for a ski trip.

Kitchen was well appointed, just needs new knives that are sharp. Main bathroom was great, loved the heated floors. 2nd bath is ok for kids. Beds need to be upgraded! Master bedroom bed is too small, not comfortable. Would be nice to have a larger bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Great Place, Great Location
There were four of us with a seventh grader and a fifth grader. We had a fantastic time and the condo was great. Everything you need. The best aspect is that it is right in Lion's Head. The kids go head down to the ice skating rink and we would meet up with them. The condo was clean and the lighting was good. The bathrooms had wonderfully heated floors. There is a hot tub - two side by side. And there is a balcony that overlooks the mountain and the Lion's Head gondola. We look forward to a future return.

Great Location in an Older Style Condo
This condo is in a great location if you want to walk to Lionheads Village and catch the gondola. It's about a mile walk to the main Vail Village where most of the shops and restaurants are located.
The condo itself is OK. The bathrooms have new tile recently and the kitchen has new granite and appliances. The carpet is a bit on the older side. The beds are terrible - both mattresses, bedding and pillows have seen better days. The living room is fine with the only TV in the condo - beware neither bedroom has a TV.
Underground parking is nice.
I would hesitate to fork over so much rent money the next time. I think there are much better options if you're willing to give up the walk to the lift option. It is not truly ski in ski out.

Conveniently Located Updated Condo
The condo is very conveniently located just a short walk from the Lionshead ski school, lifts and gondola, so great for families. It is in a dated building that is showing its age but the unit itself has been recently and nicely renovated and is very clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. The unit was well stocked with all the needed kitchen items from cookware all the way down to ziplock bags. Other items such as tissues, shampoo, lotion etc were also provided so not having to carry or shop for these for a weeklong stay was great. The owners were very helpful and left us good information on all the systems. We had a small problem with a locked door and they took care of it right away. I would recommend this unit for its location, great owners and overall comfort. Other than laundry facilities and a ski locker by the lifts there were no building amenities/conveniences such as a pool (there is a pool but it was closed) but the unit had a small sauna (we did not use it). Bottom line it's a nice unit in a no frills building but it did the job for us.

Great Condo - Close to Everything
Our family had a great stay at this condo in Jan. with some of the best views of the slopes at Vail.
The reclining couch was great as was the trick coffee table. The management at the Condo was very helpful with any questions. This place is very close to all of the shops and eating places at Lionshead. We went over to Vail village but liked this location much better. There is even a gas grill that we used a couple of nights. We would return to this condo next time at Vail.

Top notch rental with luxury finishes
Wow, we had the greatest time in Vail and it was only made better by staying at this unit. Our family of three, enjoyed the reclining sofa after hiking. We loved the keyless entry and being so close to the elevator. The unit’s location is close to the Gondola and only short stroll past wonderful dining and shops. There is also an incredible great room with beautiful views of the slopes. The management told us it was recently completely remodeled and they did a fabulous job at that. The kitchen was perfect with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and much more. The kids loved the multiple hot tubs after a long day of hiking and mountain biking. The tiled shower with heated floors is very roomy in the master bathroom. We look forward to coming back soon and highly recommend the condo to our friends and family.

Great Views, Great Location, Very Comfortable Condo !
We stayed at this condo for 9 nights. The condo was very comfortable with easy elevator access from the underground garage. Housekeeping was great and the condo was very clean. The unit had a well equipped kitchen with lots of towels and linens available for extra use if needed. It was a pleasant surprise to have a large balcony and enjoy amazing view of the mountain while grilling dinner.
It is very nice to be located right in the heart of Lionshead village so very close to great restaurants, ski shops, the Gondola and Chair 8. The owners provided a very detailed packet with information about Vail, ski shops, ski school, directions to the condo and other pertinent information that was very useful to newcomers to Vail. We enjoyed an added bonus by having a Starbucks a few steps from the condo.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the unit to anyone wanting a comfortable and great value condo in Vail.

The place needs lots of work
I normally don't give reviews, but I felt this place was exceptionally bad. I don't understand what the other reviewers are accustom to if they thought this place was nice. honestly, the owners charge way too much for a condo in this condition. The place needs to be gutted and completely updated. The place just felt dirty. If you are accustomed to even above average accommodations look elsewhere.
The countertops in the "master bathroom" where falling apart. The walls and carpet in the condo were filthy. The "sauna" is disgusting. I don't see how anyone would even consider using it. Some of vertical shades for the sliding door to the balcony were missing, so we never had full privacy.
The owners really need to get some decent lighting for the place. The lamps in the condo were falling apart. The lamp in the second bedroom is a fire hazard, as the light socket is teetering on breaking off. The knob for one of the lights in the living room fell off every time you turned the light on. The light in the kitchen is a single fluorescent light situated under a cabinet. We literally had to have the kitchen light, two lamps in the living room, and the dining room light on to have halfway decent lighting at night.
To top it off, we had to sit in our car until 5 PM while we waited on the cleaning people to finish up prior to our check-in.
I should not have to think about any of these issues while enjoying my vacation. I'm accustomed to having my accommodations playing its role in the background. I honestly have never thought about a place I was staying in as much as when I was staying in this condo. If I'm worried about a light bulb shocking me every time I turn it on tells me I'm in a place I would not stay again nor recommend to my friends or family.

What an awesome view and very convenient!!!
We had the best time during our 10 day vacation. The Eagle Bahn Gondola is within minutes walking distance of the condo. The condo itself was nice and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and even had a grill on the balcony. The jacuzzi was very accessible and very relaxing after a long day on the mountain. There was even a dry sauna in the guest bathroom which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. In the garage area were lockers for our skis and snowboards. Within Lionshead Village, which is a very short walking distance, is lots of shopping, restaurants, places to rent ski/snow boarding gear and even an ice skating rink. Also there was a little convenience store which was perfect for picking up a few groceries but I would suggest making the very short drive down the access road to the Safeway grocery store to do any real grocery shopping if you plan on cooking meals. The only reason I'm giving my rating a 4 star is because the unit needed a little updating but for the price it was very well worth every penny!!!!
