The property was more of a studio than I had expected yet the bedroom did have a nice partition. I wasn’t aware that it was in the basement of the house, but it was an easy entrance. The location was excellent, which was only five minutes to Paddington. So either train or subway well within an easy reach to take you where you wanna go. There was a very cute small town center with a few very good restaurants. It was a short 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. The neighborhood was a new place that I hadn’t visited so it had a lot of diversity which I found very interesting. The area around Paddington has some good shops and restaurants and a laundromat and dry cleaner which I used, and I was very happy with the results. There is no available washer dryer in the studio itself.The host was wonderful and would often give me daily weather reports and some places to see in London with accompanying links. It could be a little chilly, but they are very good about keeping the heat regulated and there was a small heater that worked fine as well. All in all, it was a great place to discover and to stay. Thank you so much to the host.

Great location and great host. We couldn't be happier with the accommodation, the location is ideal and close to everything. Shanin was a fantastic host who thought of everything, was extremely responsive and had great suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

My host Shanin, treated me with a warm welcome upon arriving.She had stocked the refrigerator with fruit, drinks, and other food items that were greatly appreciated. The flat was lovely and within walking distance of Paddington Station.Shanin provided suggestions for places of interest and restaurant options along with directions to get there. She kept in touch with me throughout my visit to ensure that my stay was a joyful experience, and it was. Thank you for making me feel at home.

I cannot say enough about my stay at Shanin’s mews apartment. The area by Paddington was convenient to everything. The flat itself was darling and in a quiet tucked away space providing a respite from the frenetic hubbub of London. Shanin was the definition of a hostess with the most-est. Fortified by the granola, yogurt and a strong cuppa she so lovingly provided and her beautiful daily morning greeting, I was ready to take on everyday! Thank you, Shanin for making my London trip exceptional.
