Nestled in San Clemente, this attractive condo for $299 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Outside, the palm trees surrounding this home add a tropical feel to your vacation. Inside, this lovely home in San Clemente is beautifully decorated throughout, with cool, smooth floors. You will love the unique layout of this home. It’s easy to love being outside in Southern California, and this San Clemente home makes it even more comfortable with a spacious deck that includes an outdoor living space as well as room for outdoor dining. The outdoor dining table seats four, with an umbrella provided for sunny days. A gas grill is provided, so get ready to cook outdoors! This great condo is just a short walk to San Clemente's North Beach, a beach trail on the northern side of San Clemente with a play area on the sand for kids. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Two parking spots on the driveway are available (tandem-style) and parking is also available on the street. Please check the signs for street sweeping times. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: Outdoor cameras only :One facing the front door and another one above the garage. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location of the condo was great. Located in North Beach just steps from the sand, 7-11 and other restaurants to enjoy, and close to the San Clamente Trail. The place was also cleaned to our satisfaction.
However, the decore and furniture was old. The master bedroom had a bed that was extremely crickety so every time you moved or rolled over you could hear it from the room next door and in the loft area. So no privacy for mom and dad without kids being scar'd for life.
What I was most frustrating and upset about was the units plumbing. We had multiple clogged toilets downstairs and the shower downstairs that all the kids used would not drain. I called it in, they came out a few hours later to check it and they said they fixed the issue and it drains but just slowly. When we came home and got the message and checked the progress, no change was made. Nothing was fixed and it still drained at a glacial place. Its dangerous because if i kid doesnt speak up, it can flood the bathroom and 1st floor.
The fact we got bruched off by property management team and nobody cared about our comfort of stay was shocking. If you stay at this property perpare yourselves for terrible plumbing and possibility your shower can overflow, and old crickety beds and furniture from the 80s that are uncomfortable and offer no privacy for anyone with kids. I was disappointed with this host and their overall "I dont care attitude" I got from them.

First time out to the west coast perfect spot between LA and San Diego and real close to Camp Pendleton. The unit was clean and exactly as promised.

The place has excellent location going for it, close by to the wedding venues and ocean. The unit itself could use some maintenance and a thorough cleaning as it’s seen some wear and tear over the years. We also had obnoxiously loud guests staying above us so the noise became an issue. Queen beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable.

Location was good (short walk to a quiet rocky beach) & we were grateful to have AC. Floors were still dirty when we arrived. When I mentioned this they did offer to have the cleaners come back the next morning but they were STILL dirty after being cleaned a second time (white towel was black after wiping the floors manually). Was really nice to have beach stuff available so we didn’t need to purchase ourselves. Could use some new pans (was worried scratched Teflon would get into my food!) and a clean kettle (lime deposit flakes in my water) but otherwise kitchen is decently stocked. DO NOT use the Brita filter water pitcher… it was MOLDY!

This was the perfect location for our group to stay when our daughter got married at The Casino...literally across the street. Plenty of getting ready room! Our friends stayed in the unit above and to the right, so made for a fun filled wedding weekend!

We stayed here for a family wedding in Dana Point. Excellent location, very well appointed, everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including a garage full of beach toys and equipment. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use any of it, but nice beach stuff available. The reason for a four star and not five was the upstairs noise. Limited but above the bedrooms. Since we came from east coast, and initially going to bed at 8:00, the upstairs noise was bothersome. Other than that, condo was EXCELLENT!! Probably would rent again but bring earplugs😜

We rented four condos for family. The two at the bottom and the two at the top. Great for get togethers because of the spacious kitchens, family rooms and balcony. It was very clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities we could wish for.

This is a duplex. Unit A is the first floor above garages, with another rental, unit B above. The left garage has wagons, sand toys, boogie boards, lots of beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for each rental. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Furniture was all comfortable. The dual head shower was great. TVs included an extra HDMI cable to connect your own streaming box or game console. Our only complaint about the home: we could hear the upstairs neighbors a lot. Bedrooms are upstairs and right below the living room of upstairs unit, so we were kept up by late-night adults talking, and woken early by early morning toddlers running around. The listing mentions no street parking, but that's not true. It's just hard to find available street parking. A note to anyone looking to play in the sand and shallow waves - San Clemente is not for you. All the beaches we visited were a mix of sand and smooth gravel. Look to Oceanside or anywhere from Laguna Beach to Huntington Beach if you want smooth sand. Even if you bring water shoes, waves throw rocks at your ankles.

This was located perfectly for our family. We love walking/hiking and the trail was a great way to get out and be near the beach. There was a cute French cafe right across the street for our coffee, and the beach access was just a few hundred yards away. Plus they had all the amenities we needed, including beach towels. Thanks!

The property was clean and had the necessary utilities. It was spacious and relaxing. The location was ideal walking distance to the beach and the trolley to get into town for free. Check in and out process was seamless. There was more beach toys and chairs than expected (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and a wagon). I would recommend this for any group or family!
