Owner /Operated Our remodeled 3BR, 2BA vacation rental house claims a spot within Port A’s coveted Boardwalk subdivision, which has its own walkway to the Gulf. Drive just 5 minutes to downtown Port Aransas for seafood dinners, shopping, and adventures on the water. Spend a leisurely afternoon fishing at Horrace Caldwell Pier, just a 5-minute drive away, or hit the greens at Palmilla Resort Golf Course, just 3 minutes away. After a day at the beach or exploring Port A, pull into the large driveway with parking up to 3 cars. With free WiFi, a full kitchen, and laundry in the house, everything you need for a group vacation is here! INSIDE THE HOME The comfortable master suite has a king-size bed, ample closet space, a flatscreen TV and an attached bath with shower/tub combo. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both feature a queen-size bed and twin-size bed. Perfect for young families with a little ones who want to stay close! Wash away the saltwater and sunscreen at our heated outdoor shower. This beach home’s tall ceilings, hardwood floors and open layout create an inviting space that’s made for group vacations. Stretch out in the open living room with seating for 8 and a flatscreen with cable. Need additional sleeping space? The living room couch doubles as a sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer in your unit…you can pack light! Plenty of counter space, all major appliances, and all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to cook and eat await you in the kitchen. Bar seating for 3 makes it easy to have conversations with the chef! An adjacent dining room table with seating for 6 is the perfect place to share a meal. The house is on a quaint little street just off 361, and within walking distance to the beach. A short drive north into Port A.
Beach access is over a nice wooden boardwalk, over the dunes.
The block seemed to be full of vacation renters, and I was comfortable with leaving my surfboards on top of the car overnight.
My kids and I enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a day of surfing.
And, the pool was great! The kids couldn’t get enough of it!
There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, and, utility room shower, toilet, and sink, behind the enclosed patio.
The enclosed patio did have an extra fridge, as well as the utility room.
Adequate utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen.
The front patio was also a great spot to relax.
This house was everything we wanted in a beach house.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is the best. You can take a short walk to the beach or drive your golf cart or car on the beach which is just around the corner.
The post is very accurate. The bedroom setups worked perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed. Having our own washer and dryer was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor shower was convenient for after the beach. The pool is amazing! My kids loved that pool! We used it very frequently. The screened in porch is huge.
I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Suggestions: Better blinds or curtains in bedrooms. Current ones don’t block the light much but my kids get up early and don’t take naps anymore so it didn’t bother us. A dresser would be nice in the 3rd bedroom to be able to unpack completely but again we managed.

Our stay at 628 Park Place was perfect. The owner equipped this for fun and comfort. It is loaded with extras. We really enjoyed our stay, and the beach was fairly quiet. When we book this again, we will be sure to not pack so much!!

Loved the pool and the screened in patio. Everything was great except the WiFi, it would connect but could not use it. And it seemed it wouldn’t reach downstairs to the patio. Other than that I would stay there again.

Pearl on Park Place
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Had all the towels we needed and were glad there was a washer/dryer available which made it vwry convenient to washl or rinse our clothes. Loved the screen room with the shower and bathroom which made very convenient to have access to both from the pool. Loved the front balcony--big plus. Excellent outdoir furniture to relax at, etc-- could go on n on....

The property was clean and well managed. The only negative we had was the private boardwalk to the beach. It was in a convenient location, but it was challenging to get across carrying all of our beach items. We ended up buying the $12 beach parking permit. There were also some loose boards and one broken board. Otherwise everything was wonderful. We would definitely return to this property!
