Master Suite with sitting room, single floor, wheelchair accessible, comfortable amenities, with two bedrooms two baths, located near downtown Kanab, in a quiet, rural neighborhood where you can enjoy the serenity of the Colorado River Plateau and the Vermillion Cliff formation of the area. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and beautiful dark night skies, sunny days and gorgeous cloud formations. Sit on the front porch, eat or play cards, enjoy the dark, starry night skies. ►*Please note this property is best suited for mature adults, so no children allowed. No oversize vehicles/RV's or trailers (there is not a parking area for them). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), and check out time is 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time).*◄

We love Kanab and loved the neighborhood and listening to the birds chirping and roosters crowing nearby. Mule deer were regulars as well. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't want to leave!
