Situated in Bolton Landing, this charming house for $270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A cozy year round private log cabin home located in downtown Bolton Landing. The house has stunning views of Lake George and its mountains and is set in completed privacy from any neighbors. If a relaxing quiet vacation home is what you are looking for...this is it! The house has recently been renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances in kitchen and new floors throughout (hardwood in living room, tile in kitchen, and carpet in bedrooms). You couldn't ask for a better location on Lake George: we are a 5 minute walk to town which includes beaches, parks, boat rentals, activities, restaurants, bars, shops & much more. This is the perfect location for a family friendly holiday. The house has three bedrooms and two baths (1 in master & 1 main) and a very large loft area on 2nd floor. There is a king bed in master, a queen bed in each of the 2 guest rooms and two single beds in loft providing sleeping for 8 comfortably. Additionally, the 2nd floor loft area has plenty of space for blow up mattress if needed. We also have a pack-n-play and a highchair for the little ones. The house has two porches which are perfect for sitting and enjoying the views or barbequing with the family. We have high speed wireless internet and multiple cable televisions including HBO & Showtime. The driveway is very large and can easily accommodate multiple vehicles. The house is centrally located in the beautiful town of Bolton Landing on stunning Lake George. Enjoy all the lake has to offer year round! The house is a 5 minute walk to town, restaurants, parks, playgrounds, shops and beaches. There are multiple marinas very close by for boating rentals and other water activities. The house is a short drive to Lake George Village, Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom, Gore and West Mountain Ski area, etc. Please contact owner with any additional questions. We stayed here with our 3 sons (ages 18, 15 & 13) for two nights during Christmas break. Location was perfect, walking distance to town but secluded with a beautiful lake view. The kids loved having their own area to hang out in the loft. Cabinets could use a good clean out as there was a lot of expired items in there (not that we needed to use anything) just an observation. Plenty of space to spread out and beds were comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Other reviews are accurate that this is very close to the sewage treatment facility but it is tucked away and you cannot see the facility. One evening of our stay there was an unpleasant smell outside of the house but it never smelled indoors and most of the time during our stay it was not an issue. The house was great and the communication with the owner was extremely helpful as we needed to check in early for a wedding.

What I love most about the property is the view of Lake George. Four guys use the place as a launch for motorcycle touring. Bolton Landing has some great restaurants.

This modern cabin with all the comforts of home on a private wooded lot was perfect for our annual vacation week with adult children and four grandkids.

We had our annual friend get together which includes 3 families who each have a toddler around 2 years old. This was a great space to gather since there was a lot of space for us and it was easy to walk to the downtown and a playground. The home is not on a main road so kids were able to play outside safely as well. When we arrived the home was clean to beach house standards so one of the families was disappointed since they have high standards of cleanliness (complaining of some spiders/ants and the discolored carpet areas). I however was very satisfied with everything upon our arrival and it made me feel less guilty having toddlers throw cereal and run away from outfit changes in sandy clothes. A very kid friendly home with a low number of things to run into and break. They even had some kitchen items geared towards kids and a potty training seat in the bathroom! The rooms had awesome blackout curtains and each room had an air conditioner that also functioned well as a noise machine for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the water in the showers stayed nice and hot for multiple people in a row. We had a great stay and would book again if we are ever in that area.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin immensely. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake from the deck and I loved the decor on the inside. There is a lot of wood work on the walls and it is well decorated with pictures and antiques.It is walking distance to downtown Bolton Landing with restaurants and shops yet very secluded. It has a big loft upstairs with 2 single beds which is great for kids plus 3 bedrooms downstairs. It really should be listed as a 4 bedroom cabin.I highly recommend this cabin. We hope to be back!!

We rented this house for a second time and loved every minute. Great for a girls weekend. Six of us slept comfortably. Close to the main road in town. Easy trip down to lake George for spa appts and outlet shopping. We will rent again!

We were in town for a wedding at the Sagamore. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the venue. The house itself was cozy and quiet, and the views of the lake in October were amazing. Loved having coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sun come up over the colorful trees. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We were invited to a wedding in Lake George & decided to get a rental. So glad we did. This is the perfect getaway house. Overlooking the Lake. The house was the perfect size, the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with spices. The heat worked well. Scott the owner is so nice. It’s a short walk to town & he recommended some breakfast places. We ended up @ The Shack which was delicious - Thank you for making our stay more than what we expected!! 🍁🍁😻

Wonderful views of the lake and mountains from this secluded cabin in the woods. Feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but you can walk into the heart of Bolton Landing in <5 minutes. Ample space for the family to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. We loved the view, the feeling of privacy, and the variety of lovely rooms and hang-out spaces. The kitchen is great and well stocked with dishes and pots for a big group. Scott was always friendly and responsive - he was an excellent host. The house is next to a sewage treatment plant, which threw us when we first arrived, but there was only the occasional odor out front over the week and no hint of it when we were inside or on the back porch overlooking the lake. It didn’t affect our stay at all. In fact, we had family staying in different homes around the area, and everyone wanted to hang out here. We highly recommend this beautiful home, and we would totally come back.

We enjoyed staying at this house in close proximity to The Sagamore where we were attending a wedding. The beds were comfortable. The veranda overlooks Lake George, and the back yard has a firepit with a supply of wood. There is nice feeling of seclusion in this wooded area, and the house is minutes away from the center of Bolton Landing and from bridge to The Sagamore. The kitchen is well appointed with ample seating.

We had a great time! The house was perfect. The pics didn't do it justice! It was roomy and so comfortable. The views from the back porch were amazing, especially on July 4th. Watched the fireworks right there. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely try to rent this house again!
